A terrible government-run hotel. The staff is arrogant and won't provide proof of your stay even if you're on a business trip and your company requires it. The rooms are dirty and old, with no view. We stayed on the 3rd floor, room 328. You can't buy coffee there before 11 a.m., keep that in mind. The location is close to the Moscow Ring Road. The hotel is a 1-star hotel at best. I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm leaving this place now; the hotel exceeded all expectations! The service was excellent, the food was fantastic. I stayed in a standard double room, and everything was perfect. We booked a package with unlimited access to the Lebyazhy water park's aqua zone, and we loved it too. I definitely recommend it!

We spent the weekend at the Aqua-Minsk Hotel. The reception staff was very friendly, and the restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Horrible!!! The toilet is dirty, there's trash on the floor, it feels like the room hasn't been cleaned. I don't recommend it!!!
