Expectations were high thanks to the attractive photos posted on the hotel's website. However, the reality was shocking. For around 15,000 rubles, the hotel offers amenities that would likely cost no more than 3,000. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired—dirt, dust, and even spiders are everywhere in the room. The bathroom's sanitary condition is also puzzling. A separate issue is the bed, so uncomfortable that I had to add a blanket just to sleep comfortably. A visit to the water park, included in the price of the stay, deserves special mention. Apparently, it hasn't been updated in a long time; it looks like it was renovated at least twenty years ago. Traces of mold and dirt are visible everywhere, creating an unpleasant feeling of unsanitary conditions. The overall level of comfort and hygiene completely disproportionate to the price paid for such a dubious pleasure.

The rooms are great, but the service is terrible. We rented a suite for a day and were given only one key for three adults. When we asked for an extra one, they said it wasn't allowed. The iron is in the basement; you have to grab your clothes, go iron them, and then carefully make your way back to your room. This needs to be coordinated with everyone else, as we only have one key. We asked to check out at 12:30 instead of 12:00, as we wouldn't have time to pack. They said we could only stay longer for an extra fee. Overall, they're not customer-oriented.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Everything was perfect: the room was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed—a bed, a table, lamps, and a small refrigerator. Everything was comfortable and perfect. The room was cleaned, and the towels were changed. They provided a toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, and clean bottled water. Free access to the aqua zone was included in the price, and we splashed around from morning until evening. Breakfast was included, and it was varied and delicious: porridge, potatoes, sausages, omelets, tea and coffee, yogurt, cheese, pancakes, desserts, and more. The staff was polite and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful. Everyone loved everything. Thank you, we'll be back again.

Terrible guest service. We stayed again on June 6-7, 2025. The child's bed wasn't made, and we unfolded the fold-out chair ourselves. The rooms are tired—a cracked sink, hair in the sink, black mold (fungus?) along the joints in the shower, a weak drain, and the shower head sprays everywhere. But the icing on the cake—checkout. In the best Soviet tradition. We wait for the maid to check everything. They claim a glass is missing. But in fact, we didn't do anything to it, didn't break it, and didn't take it. Initially, they didn't count it or accept anything. I couldn't prove anything, so I paid 4 rubles to get them to leave me alone. No one works like that anymore. My mood is ruined, I was literally humiliated, and completely undeservedly. If you go to this hotel, demand an inventory of your belongings and accept it in the presence of a maid or manager—that's the only way.

It's a far cry from a three-star hotel. The rooms are generally okay for a two-star hotel, but: the door card keeps getting demagnetized, housekeeping only makes the beds if reminded, the restaurant is terrible—the food is atrocious. The service is the same. They try hard, but they just don't know how. It's okay for a one-night stay, for example, if you're traveling. But staying there for more than three days is only for those with strong nerves.

Everything is great, it's just a shame you can't exchange the waterslides for a sauna when you book a room. You have to pay extra for the sauna and not use the aqua zone. The hotel rooms are nice, not too big, and have everything you need for an overnight stay: a hairdryer, towel, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a refrigerator. A kettle or microwave would be nice. The breakfast in the restaurant is fantastic, a buffet. I didn't get to try everything, but what I did squeeze in was delicious. Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., and the restaurant itself is open until 11 p.m. Overall, everything is great.... I recommend visiting and recharge your batteries with positive emotions. The hotel is good only because of the beautiful nature, the restaurant is bad, I didn’t like the food, the room is also so-so.

Good afternoon, much to my regret, I decided to stay at your hotel, but when I tried to book a room, I encountered rudeness and incompetence from the employee who answered my phone. When I asked questions about the reservation and the information I needed, I received no answers. The same situation arose when I contacted you again.

There was no hot water in the suite, the heating coil was cold, and when I asked for a recalculation, they refused.
