The maid enters the rooms without knocking or asking permission.

Everything is good, everyone liked it.

Our group has only 12 pax with 8 rooms but need more than 90 minutes for checkin. Too slow, unsupportive and inflexible staff for checking procedure. By the way, room is good, breakfast is excellent.

The shower faucet was falling off and the holders were moving. The table's legs were sagging, but everything was clean. The speed of service was appalling.

Awesome place would recommend every European to visit it.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family. It's nowhere near a 4-star hotel. Starting with the receptionist, who didn't explain anything other than the elevator being behind reception. The room is spacious, with large windows and a large bed—those are pretty much all the perks. Slippers and a robe? No, we haven't heard of them. The bathroom tiles are cold, though. The room was mediocrely cleaned, if at all. There were stains on the carpet, dust on the tables, and the mirrors hadn't been wiped. There was no soap in the soap dish. There's no refrigerator in the room, even though there's a cardboard box stating that it's for storing only beverages. Where is it? There isn't one. There are mugs, coffee, tea, and sugar, but no spoons, and are you supposed to stir the sugar with your finger? It's best not to open the shelves in the bathroom; you can't push them back in. Your stay includes a free one-time visit to the spa. But the spa is just a sham. They don't provide a jacuzzi or hamam, towels, or robes. Any decent spa provides robes and towels at the entrance. This was very strange for us. We later learned that there's also a paid spa with more facilities. But all the hotels we've stayed at so far included access to the ENTIRE complex, not just the hamam and jacuzzi. There was no light in the women's shower or toilet, and no hot water in the men's. If we ever need to stay in Minsk, we won't choose the Victoria Olimp again. There are even 3-star hotels that are much better value.

This isn't a 4-star hotel; it's a complete dump. The floor in the room is filthy, and the refrigerator has disappeared. When I asked the reception where the refrigerator was, they said, "Well, you don't have one." Even though I paid for a room with a refrigerator. So, I left my things in the room when I checked out. I called the next day. For a week (!!!!) they sent me to the senior housekeeper, then to the junior housekeeper, and four (!!!) times they asked me to "call tomorrow." But they did ask how much was in the cosmetic jars I'd left behind. A week later, they stopped answering. I called another number. They spent two hours sorting things out. Then they said, "Sorry, but we dispose of all abandoned items the same day, according to our rules." When I asked why they couldn't give me an answer about "these rules" for a week, no one explained. Just a second, they disposed of 200 rubles' worth of expensive cosmetics. If you want to ruin your vacation, check into this hostel, where I suspect theft of lost property is rampant. One star for service is too much for them.

The soundproofing in the rooms is poor.

A wonderful, elegant hotel with a reasonable price for the hospitality services provided.

We stayed for three nights. We liked the room—spacious, with high ceilings and a pleasant view. It was comfortable, but we were surprised by the lack of a refrigerator—one would have definitely been helpful for a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shower: the hose in front of the shower head broke, making it impossible to wash our hair properly. We reported this to reception that afternoon when we left the hotel. They promised to take care of it, but when we returned in the evening, everything was still the same. After calling, we were told the head cleaner wasn't available that day and would be back in the morning. The next morning, around 9:00 a.m., the cleaner arrived, looked around, and immediately said they needed a plumber. She started searching for one on her phone, and I politely asked her to let us know later if someone would be arriving and what time—so we would know what to expect. She left but never returned with an answer. That evening, we again found nothing had changed. After another call, the same cleaner arrived with a different shower head. Although the problem was with the hose, the shower head alleviated the problem somewhat, but the water still continued to spurt out. Upon leaving, she said, "We did what we could." For two days, we were never offered a repair or a room change. That said, I'd like to point out that the girls at reception were very pleasant—always polite and smiling. And the food in the restaurant was truly delicious. Nice room, excellent reception and kitchen staff, but the attitude toward resolving everyday issues and the complete lack of feedback seriously spoil the overall impression. I would have liked more attention to guest comfort.
