Aviation Hotel

So guys i warn you don’t ever book your stay in this hotel , the staff and their service if awful, the guy at the reception was literally fighting with me over simple questions, and they don’t have any sense of how to deal with customers. Also the hotel is very old it looks like it’s hasn’t been renovated since soviet era. Overall very bad experience.

Not very clean. Disturbing smell in the room. Broken window, impossible to close at night. Problem reported but never resolved by the hotel.

Thank you, Pascal, for your hospitality! Everything was fine, no problems at all. Yesterday, all the trains were canceled, and we were unable to get home to Paris. Naturally, all the hotels quickly became fully booked. We tried 10, maybe 15 hotels before finding this one. In the lobby, Pascal was the only one at reception, and I want to emphasize this because there were quite a few of us queuing. Despite the difficult situation (20 to 25 people around midnight, who didn't want to spend the night in Brussels, tired and understandably not in a good mood), Pascal remained efficient and friendly. Thank you, Pascal! 🙏

I only stayed one night, it was pretty cheap (63EUR on a weekend). The staff was fine - not overwhelmingly nice nor rude. It's close to the train station. The rooms are... bad. It's cold, you there are small holes in the wall, no decoration. A bad, a chair, a bathroom. Kinda like prison. There was mold in the shower, and the whole building and room felt poorly maintained. One of the highlights was the curtains: one of them was literally almost ripped off its hanging bar, as if it wanted to escape from this place. And the absolute best is the noise isolation. I'm a heavy sleeper, but dudes partying at 2am is a lot. People screaming during seks at 9am is even worse. Whatever, avoid this place.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com because it seemed to have good reviews. However, when I compared it to the Google reviews, the reality changed. It was filthy and had a widespread bedbug infestation throughout the building. I offered to cancel, but they refused, which clearly shows they're desperate for a solution. I had to lose €126 to cancel and filed a claim with my insurance company due to the unsanitary conditions. It's not worth it. Look for somewhere else.

Not worth more than 20€ / night. The sheets , towels and bed were clean. The TV doesn’t work . The location of the hotel is in a verry unsafe area. The chairs in the room were verry dirty. The bathroom looked like it belong in a museum . The wather was coming out from the back of the toilet . The hotel really needs some upgrades
