Obecnie działa w ramach grupy La Troupe i zachował wystrój z epoki: niewielkie pokoje w stylu retro, w niektórych z zachowanymi oryginalnymi elementami.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 9 days in May 2026. The reception staff were good. The hotel has a good location, but the access road is dark. The room has a pleasant decor. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel itself, but the person in charge was not very friendly or attentive, which was the overall negative point.

Really disappointed with the lack of empathy and understanding within the customer service. I had an urgent appointment suddenly come up during the booked dates, and because they were initially non refundable, it wasn´t possible to change the dates. I didn´t even want to cancel, just simply rebook to another time! So much money wasted! I don´t understand it at all, there should be a decent amount of flexibility and understanding within the team. There was still over a month left until my initial booking. I will never stay at any of your hotels again. So dissapointed.

I chose this hotel to rest and work. However, the Wi-Fi connection was really poor, and there was construction work starting right next to my room every morning at the crack of dawn. I think that if the hotel is going to be renovating, they shouldn't rent out the rooms closest to it, or at the very least, ask the workers to start later. A hotel is still a place to sleep. Especially when the workers are shouting insults at each other all day, I've certainly experienced better peace and quiet. On the positive side, the hotel is very well located and isolated from the street at night, and the reception staff were very friendly.

Whenever I am in Brussels and can stay overnight, I always go to this beautiful hotel. The service at the front desk was very friendly, and the young man did his best to speak Dutch with me. I, in turn, did my best to speak French to him. I look forward to coming back for a wonderful night's sleep.

The room was nothing like the photos; there was no window, and virtually no light in the hallways or the room itself. There was no soundproofing; you could hear everything happening in the hallways. The fire alarm went off at 11:00 PM, and there were loud bangs everywhere at 11:30 PM. There was construction work in the hotel starting at 7:30 AM, and we weren't even informed about it upon arrival. We reported it to reception, but they didn't react at all, not even offering an apology.
