Nice terrace

We ordered at the bar and went to sit on the terrace at the back of the bar. It was very pleasant and quiet.

Great bar. Good beers. Nice staff. Awesome vibe. Watch out you do not get to drunk 🫣😆🙃

Nice old pub!

Drinks are undrinkable and too expensive for nothing, poor customer service and unfriendly staff.

If you are a tourist like us: order and pay inside at the bar! Cozy bar with good beer at a decent price, RoomeR Spritz is also highly recommended!

Great as always

Het Spijker is my favorite café; it feels like coming home. I’ve been coming here for 13 years, and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s a cozy and atmospheric place that breathes history. You can sit both outside (front and back terraces) and inside—the top floor is ideal if you really want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Be sure to try their homemade lemonades, because they are worth it! The hours fly by when you’re inside, accompanied by fantastic music in the background.

Beautiful view of the water. Nice music. Bar staff very friendly, but the bar staff was very friendly. Definitely a 10/10 and highly recommended!

Today on the terrace, the waitress was standing at our table paying the bill but kept looking around. I, a girl, touched her very gently on her back to get her attention and get her to order a drink. She said abruptly, "Don't touch me," ignored my order, and walked away. This woman is totally unattractive, so there was no hidden meaning behind it. We immediately went to spend our money somewhere else 😉
