Le Moustache

When you come back from this café, you have the pleasant sensation of smelling like cigarettes and being able to wash all your clothes, like in the good old days, 10 years ago :) 2025: unfortunately still true... A very special bar with no smoking machine. The smoke is only created live by the people smoking there... A nightmare. After a drink there, you can wash all your clothes, like in the good old days... :) Following the owner's kind reply on January 22, 2025: Thank you for this magnificent display of bad faith. :) Indeed, the smoking area is located right in the center of the café. It is therefore impossible to be truly "away" from it. Even so, I didn't spend all my time near the smoking area, but rather most of my evening in the cold entrance hall, chatting quietly with a friend. Completely fed up with the cigarette smoke, I didn't stay near the smoking area, so thanks for the slander. Finally, even if I had been near the smoking area, if it were properly closed and ventilated, there shouldn't have been any problem, as in other bars and restaurants. But here, the smoking area literally spews all its fragrant aromas into the restrooms and the main room of the bar. Add to that the inflated drink prices (€5 for a 2cl shot of any kind of alcohol), and the owner's bad faith, and it's clearly a place that makes you want to come back... :)

Perfect new management...

First time visiting Liege, decided to go to this gay bar (as it's marked by Google and other web sites), but the owner didn't let me in saying for people like me (I'm an average white guy) he makes an appointment and that he don't want to see me here. Keep in mind this happened at the entrance and we never seen each other before. Not really sure what made him feel that way, the fact that I couldn't understand his French or that I don't look conventionally gay, but this got me very dissapointed.

I love going out to this place, which blends several styles of music and different atmospheres. Christopher, the manager, is always there to welcome you with his own unique style 😅, which is why Moustache Club is a place where everyone feels comfortable. As for the drink prices, they're reasonable, and without a measuring cup, the servings are more than generous.

Nice bar/club.

A very pleasant and welcoming place. A place where you always feel good. There should be more places like this. It's where I met my late husband, so I have a special affection for this place. It remains a very warm and timeless place. David Jadoul.
