I booked the "Haute Couture" room for Valentine's Day. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, we slept wonderfully, the bed was super comfortable, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly. However, we would have appreciated a little more attention to cleanliness. There were stains on the bathrobes, which I paid extra for, rust on the radiator, and a stain or something similar in the jacuzzi, visible thanks to the LEDs. It wasn't too bothersome since it came off easily with a little rubbing, but still. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you again!

My partner and I came from February 11th to 12th to spend some time together for Valentine's Day. The room was quite nice but not fully equipped (no microwave, coffee machine available but no capsules or cups to make coffee, a phone that didn't work to call reception). We still had a good time, but a few things will prevent us from returning to the Hotel Mademoiselle... The smell of sweat on the bed pillows was truly disgusting when you're supposed to be having a good time. Breakfast wasn't as complete as at the O Secret Hotel (just sugar for the baguette). We had to pay for our Coke, which was left in the fridge, whereas at the O Secret Hotel we received two free Cokes. We ordered hot cocoa at breakfast, and it was frozen. When we asked for it to be heated, we felt like we were bothering the person, and the cocoa remained cold. We left without eating, despite having paid for breakfast. Furthermore, there was noise from the room above us all night until the early morning... (even though we understand that you can't...) (Not knowing who rents the rooms...) Finally, quite disappointed with our short stay, even though we were able to recharge a little...

The jacuzzi room lacked headrests and was nothing special. 80 euros for 3 hours is acceptable.

Hotel Mademoiselle offers a stylish and comfortable stay with a cosy, contemporary feel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant choice for couples who enjoy a boutique hotel experience combined with city exploration and relaxation. For couples who are instead drawn to a wellness experience centred entirely on privacy and uninterrupted time, there are also options such as the fully private relaxation concept at Saunadelizia, which focus exclusively on personal wellness sessions rather than overnight stays. Each option suits a different kind of getaway.

A very nice, comfortable room, as well as a jacuzzi and bathroom. Excellent service, great value for money, I'll definitely be back soon... No negative points whatsoever.

I don't usually leave reviews, but my partner and I wanted to do so here, as some of the comments don't reflect the establishment at all. I treated my partner to a two-night stay for Christmas Eve 2025. From booking to receiving the keys, we were treated like royalty. There was excellent communication before our arrival, and we were discreet throughout. Upon arrival, we were greeted by "Rendy," a very attentive and caring young woman. The room was tastefully decorated, ready, and spotless. She gave us a great explanation of all the amenities and how the establishment worked. The table was meticulously set. The meals were excellent. Having stayed two nights, upon our return from our walk, "Rendy" had completely cleaned the room; the sheets, towels, etc., had been changed. We highly recommend this establishment where we spent three wonderful days. PS: The only small remark I would make is to add a control panel in the room (The Gardens of Eden) because we had to leave our clothes in the suitcase.

I am extremely disappointed with the room I had yesterday. By 11 p.m., there was no internet connection at all, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this type. And in the morning, when I got up, there was no hot water whatsoever. After an already difficult night, this is the last thing you want to discover. The worst part is that when I went to inform reception, not only was no effort made to resolve the problem, but we were also clearly brushed off in an unpleasant and completely disrespectful tone. Between the lack of basic services and the appalling attitude of the staff, I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. It's an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Not to mention the owner, who is incredibly unpleasant.

READ THIS!!! My experience with this establishment was absolutely appalling! At the end of August, I booked a suite at the Hôtel Mademoiselle (same management as Le Clos des Thermes). We arrived in the room… and right away, it was a shock: nothing like the photos posted online. I should have checked the reviews first, clearly. The jacuzzi? The corks at the bottom floating in the water… Okay, we thought, if that's "all" it is… But wait for what's next. The room was completely filthy. — Soiled bedding, obvious stains on the sheets — Hair in the bed — Unemptied trash can, used tissues inside And that's not all. It's simply shameful. My partner and I decided to leave immediately. It was impossible to sleep in a room in that state, especially in an establishment that's supposed to offer a minimum level of quality and hygiene, a basic requirement, especially at that price. The next day, I contacted the establishment to explain what we had discovered. They told me they would "pass the information on to management." On Monday, a "manager" called me back to explain that I couldn't be reimbursed... for the room we DIDN'T EVEN USE! After insisting, she finally offered me a goodwill gesture: a night at Clos des Thermes, in the room of my choice. I accepted, even though I remained wary after such a disastrous first experience. A few weeks later, I contacted the manager again to set a date: it would be Saturday, November 22, 2025. It was agreed. And then... tragedy struck. On the night of Friday, November 21, to Saturday, November 22, someone very close to me passed away. Like any sane person, I obviously didn't have the heart to spend an evening in a private spa under those circumstances. I immediately took the necessary steps: I sent a message to the "manager" to inform her. No response. But I had warned her, I had done my part. That same evening, at 6 p.m., I received a call: "We're expecting you at the facility." So I explained that I had already informed the manager. And then I was told that she "hadn't been informed" and that it was "a financial loss" for them, and that they had had to turn people away during the day. What a complete lack of understanding! I reiterate that: — I warned her immediately, — I obviously CANNOT anticipate a death! — and their poor internal communication is not my problem. On Monday, I sent another email to the manager to find out what was going on. And imagine my surprise when I read their reply: a cold message, devoid of any humanity, telling me that “the cancellation policy applies the same way, regardless of the situation,” and that I simply lose my reservation. I am OUTRAGED. We're talking about a DEATH. Not an unforeseen event, not a delay, not some flimsy excuse. I notified them as soon as I could, I did everything properly. And despite all that, they tell me in black and white that what matters is their “financial loss.” It's indecent. Especially when you know, according to them, that the room could have been re-let that same day if the information had circulated among colleagues! After reading the reviews, I saw that I'm definitely not the only one: — consistently poor hygiene, — total lack of consideration, — rules that change depending on the situation, — no empathy whatsoever. It all makes sense now… The result? I lost €300. For a filthy room I never even used. And for a second reservation that was canceled in a dramatic situation, which I reported immediately. They're thieves. And their lack of humanity is simply chilling. I STRONGLY advise against staying at this establishment. Read the reviews, do your research, because clearly they don't care about their customers.

Room with a serious lack of quality for the price charged. Jacuzzi with a missing jet finish, no explanation for the shower/sauna, the heater was very noisy due to lack of maintenance. Reception staff were very good, but a room service order was refused at 8:30 p.m. (no indication of the time of service).

Great for a relaxing moment

My husband and I came last night to celebrate our 7th anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful; we had a problem with our initial room, so they upgraded us to an even better one. Thank you for this lovely stay. I would have given it 5 stars if the breakfast had been a bit more substantial or if the price had been slightly lower, but other than that, it was really great. We'll definitely be back!
