An undisclosed security deposit was required at the time of booking, and the reservation was refused. While they had promised over the phone not to charge a deposit, they ultimately went back on their word, stating they had never promised this. Fantastic experience at this hotel! We stayed in the Phuket room; the bed was very comfortable and large. The suite was very spacious. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
