An undisclosed security deposit was required at the time of booking, and the reservation was refused. While they had promised over the phone not to charge a deposit, they ultimately went back on their word, stating they had never promised this. Furthermore, the manager on the phone was haughty, disdainful, and even threatening. Linked to the Mademoiselle hotel, which should be avoided.

However, the room was rather small and lacked ventilation, which made the space feel a bit stuffy after a while. It's a shame because with a little more space and better ventilation, the experience would be even better. Despite this, the experience remains positive overall and could be suitable for a short stay or a relaxing evening.

Fantastic experience at this hotel! We stayed in the Phuket room; the bed was very comfortable and large. The suite was very spacious. Everything was spotless. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
