Perfect! Staying a night is a worthy experience by itself, the rooms are all so special... Everything is amazing, the room is super clean, the host and staff are incredibly friendly, the attention to detail is noticed everywhere. The breakfast on the room makes it even more special. Highly recommend!!!

I had a perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt at ease. The staff is remarkably caring: always smiling, with a genuine human touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, not only for its amenities, but especially for the authenticity of its team. A huge thank you for their hospitality and their exceptional humanity.

My partner and I have stayed at Olivier's several times, in various rooms, and we've never had any problems. Mr. Olivier and his wife always give us a warm welcome, explain the amenities upon arrival, and explain the code for returning after a night out, if we go out at all. We've even returned very late at night (around 2 or 3 am) and have never had any issues or noticed the owners. Of course, we're careful to be as quiet as possible in the hallways and on the stairs to respect everyone's peace and quiet, and it's always gone very well. We'll definitely be back because we love this place. 🙂

It was supposed to be a real bargain through Social Deal – at least according to the ad. However, the supposedly high original price couldn't be found on any booking site I knew, so I can't judge whether they were using a somewhat overly optimistic comparison price. For €90, we got a dated room furnished in a rather unusual style. The highlight: the in-room whirlpool – a nice extra that actually provided a little spa moment. Breakfast was decent, with fresh coffee and a sufficient selection. Regarding soundproofing, I can only say: if there was any, it didn't quite work with our energetic evening music coming from the next room. 😅 A real downside for me: cats roam freely in the hotel – a detail that wasn't mentioned beforehand. Definitely unsuitable for allergy sufferers and, for me personally, a reason to downgrade my rating from 4 to 3 stars. Conclusion: Okay for the price if you like the romantic whirlpool atmosphere and don't have any allergies. Whether it was really a bargain remains questionable.

My wife and I had a very pleasant weekend here. We had everything we needed: a large hot tub, a TV with Netflix, and a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.

absolutely perfect experience! The room was lovely, so clean and sleek. It was such a perfect nights sleep and the showers are incredible! The service was spot on, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay and welcoming atmosphere. The location is amazing too, especially if you are wanting to see Liege. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area!

I would say the pictures on the website do not do the room justice. it looks much nicer in real life. We stayed in USA suite Had a great stay here. Loved the room (it was basically an apartment to be honest) and while more expensive than something we would usually pick, we loved every single second and can't wait to come back! AND IT HAD A POOL TABLE AC that kept the room cool despite it being a super hot day in july. We had free netflix, Loads of tv channels and two tv's. so defenitely worth every penny. Host didn't speak english very well and we don't speak french but Olivier went above and beyond to give us the room tour and explain everything so we all managed to make do. breakfast wasn't super impressive but not bad either so no complaints there.

No service whatsoever. The door was opened, the welcome was warm, but no one asked our name and put us in the wrong room. We realized this, called, and were moved to the correct room, where they explained how the jacuzzi worked. There were no drinks in the room, and no room service or anything to order anything. So we had to go to the Intermarché supermarket. Luckily, we had been warned that no evening meal was offered, so we ate at a restaurant after dropping off our luggage. We went back to the restaurant and were greeted by a barking dog and animal smells. The ground floor was the owners' living quarters, with all the doors open, laundry everywhere, food scraps in the kitchen, etc. We thought we'd enjoy the jacuzzi, but unfortunately, no luck. We turned on the bubbles and water jets, and there was a terrible smell followed by a lot of grime (limescale? soap scum? Because there was no shower). Then there were holes in the towels, cables sticking out of the walls, missing lightbulbs, cobwebs (or dust) on the chandeliers, peeling wallpaper, limescale in the kettle, empty (melted) candle holders… And it's best to already know your partner well because the toilets don't have door locks. That said, we had ordered breakfast, which we received at the requested time, and no complaints there. However, we could hear when the other rooms were being served, so I have doubts about the soundproofing. A somewhat disastrous honeymoon.

We had a lovely night in the beautifully decorated Rococo room. Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us explained everything clearly, from how the jacuzzi worked to providing recommendations. The room also had a TV with Netflix access and, of course, Wi-Fi. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

I had an exceptional stay at VIP Room 209. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the welcome was simply perfect: warm, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, very well appointed, cozy, and quiet—a true haven of comfort. The bedding was impeccable and remarkably comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints; everything is designed to make you feel at home. One thing is certain: VIP Room 209 is a hotel that stands out, a real gem that I wholeheartedly recommend!
