A place there requires rest or a pleasant stay.

This was without a doubt the most shocking and disappointing hotel experience I have ever had, insofar as you can call it a hotel. Upon arrival, the room turned out to be extremely dirty, with hair in multiple places and visible mold on the ceiling; moreover, the bed was torn and in poor condition. To my surprise, “customers” were walking in and out of the building at various times, even in the middle of the night, creating a particularly uncomfortable and unsafe feeling. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy, making a normal night's sleep virtually impossible. As if that weren't enough, the room was not cleaned the next day and no new towels were provided. When we reported this, the person in charge initially indicated that he would bring the towels immediately. However, after waiting for more than an hour and contacting them again, we received the following response—and I quote: “this is not a 5-star hotel, be quiet.” This remark demonstrates a total lack of respect, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility. No one expects a five-star hotel, but hygiene, safety, and customer friendliness should always be expected. The combination of the deplorable state of the room, the nightly coming and going of “customers,” and the disrespectful attitude of the management turned this stay into an absolute nightmare. My girlfriend felt so unsafe that we left early. Therefore, I cannot recommend this accommodation (love hotel) in any way.

Unfortunately, after two weeks and four inquiries (in person with a business card on site, via WhatsApp, a text message through the booking.com portal, and also via an email to the hotel directly through booking.com), I still haven't received an invoice. This accommodation is definitely not recommended for business travelers!

By far the best hotel in Liège! Impeccable hygiene, incredibly welcoming staff, and magnificent suites. 😍

Good. Quiet place where we were able to rest well. No noise in the building, there weren't many people. You can hear street noise, but it's bearable. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is very nice. Very welcoming and friendly people. Very warm welcome. Excellent value for money.
