We booked the Zanzibar suite... a fantastic welcome and a magnificent suite... highly recommended.

We stayed in the Secret Garden Suite and had a great time. The room was beautiful and the welcome was impeccable. We recommend it :)

Exceptional place

Really great staff (thankfully)! Very pretty room; well within the desired theme, but in terms of maintenance, it's really poor. A whole wallpapered wall with peeling at every seam from top to bottom, torn wallpaper, and bumps on the bed (for a photoshoot, it wasn't great). On the other hand, the soundproofing was a disaster. We heard everything from the next room, and when we tried to turn on the television so we wouldn't hear our neighbors too much, it wasn't working. We called to resolve the problem; someone was supposed to come by, and we're still waiting... Regarding the heating, I arrived in a room with air conditioning at 18°C ​​(64°F) when it was 15°C (59°F) outside. The heating took an awfully long time to start... No written explanation for how to operate the sauna, air conditioning, heating, etc. For the price, there's better, much better. We are very disappointed and will not repeat the experience in this establishment...

An exceptional location with all the amenities of a private wellness center (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, private indoor pool) ❤️ magnificent and full of options (massages, bottles of champagne, meals, flowers, etc.)

Venice Room. Indoor jacuzzi not clean, hair drain. Dust on the headboard. Terrace overlooking the apartments opposite, not enough privacy. No hairdryer. It's expensive per night. Above, I expected better for the price...
