Very clean and comfortable hotel in Prague. The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We asked if they could heat up some food we brought back from Český Krumlov, and they gladly helped us without expecting any tip. They also provide free sandwiches in the morning, which was a really thoughtful service. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we had a much more pleasant trip. Highly recommended!

We visited after a long time, about 4 months and everything was still perfect. Friendly staff, at the reception and service (especially the always smiling Ms. Monika), luxurious breakfast (we described earlier), comfortable sleeping, cleanliness. We felt at home again. Great breakfast, rich menu, we enjoyed it very much. We especially appreciated the soup (this time it was Miso), pickled fish, homemade spreads, fresh vitamin drinks, coffee from the barista, sparkling wine and much more. Again very satisfied. Pleasant staff at the reception and behind the bar, modern rooms, pleasant seating in the lobby bar, magnificent breakfast. A minor drawback is the cramped environment at the breakfast buffet, the staff could also try harder. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting Prague. (stay 28. - 29. 7. 2024)

Spacious, well-equipped, and clean rooms with comfortable beds, very pleasant linens, and Rituals toiletries. Large breakfast selection, including hot dishes. Tram stop just a 10-minute walk away, large shopping center right around the corner, and tourist attractions about a 30-minute walk away.

A hotel with modern, spacious rooms. Ideal for a city break. Metro Station B and tram stops are a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was particularly extensive. Nothing was lacking, not even sparkling wine. Sleeping with the window open is not advisable, as the tram runs directly past the hotel.

I've been here for 5 days and the service and instructions were fantastic. I'm delighted and will recommend it to my friends. dekuju

The room was clean, cozy and practical with all the necessary amenities. The staff was professional and pleasant. The breakfast was great, very rich selection, plenty of everything. The hotel is in a good location, ideal as a base for trips to the center, the metro and public transport stations are close. Possibility of convenient parking for a fee in the underground garage across the street. We will be happy to return.
