A haven of tranquility. Everything is thoughtfully designed: the breakfast is sumptuous, the decor delightful, the spa inviting, and above all, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, attentive, competent, and highly professional. Thank you again for these two wonderful weeks. I will be back!

This is our third time staying here, and the location remains fantastic only about 50 meters from the ski lifts. The staff at the reception are always extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are quite big enough and bright, which makes the stay comfortable. This year, we also had the chance to see a few similar 3-star hotels just across the street. Over time, some areas here could benefit from renovation. The bathrooms in the rooms are a bit dated, although they are kept clean. The spa area in particular would feel more pleasant with some modernization, the silicone around the jacuzzi has turned black, and the area is not modern at all. The wooden elements on the exterior, such as the doors and windows, also show signs of age. That said, we would happily return for the excellent location and the wonderful staff. Since this is a public review, I simply wanted to share some constructive feedback, as a few updates could make this place even better.

Great hotel, located right in front of two ski lifts, close to everything in town, great service especially from Guillaume SOL who knew how to answer every question and request before and during the vacation. Highly recommended!!

August 21, 2025... I'm here... on the balcony taking vitamin C... the sun came out to welcome me... superb room, superb welcome from the ladies at reception... kindness, smiles... my "Tignes" walhalla lives up to its name... superb view of the lake and the Grande Motte a little in the clouds... in short: happiness!

Breakfast is very pleasant, the rooms are top-notch, and the view is incredible. One small drawback: the spa uses far too many products; it stings the eyes, it's very harsh, and you feel like you're suffocating.

We had a fantastic family stay in a very comfortable room for 5 people. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. The location is perfect, close to all the activities. And the best part was that we were able to use the hotel's services (luggage storage, shower, toilet) until our departure at 10 pm, checking out at 11 am without any pressure. Thank you to the whole team! 😁

Amazing hotel! Only the breakfast was great; the waitress was incredibly rude, haughty, and didn't even say hello.

Great welcome, the room had a superb view, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool table on the 4th floor was really nice. However, you can hear a lot of noise in the hallway. Our biggest disappointment was the spa. We only stayed one night, and we left early to be able to use the spa, but we couldn't go on either the first or second day. It opens at 3 pm (I'd never seen that before, personally), and they were emptying it that evening because the hotel was closing the next day. I don't understand why they empty it the day before...

Perfect location, very cozy. The public areas are above average of what you can find in ski resorts. The location is perfect.

Overall the experience could have been much better if the service at the reception had not been so terrible. My wife was sick, we still wanted to stay with you. When checking in we were promised that you will try to resell the room. Two days later we learned that was not true. Instead nothing happened and you asked us when we will be leaving... Worst experience in almost 40 years of hotel stays. Never again!

The rooms are large, the bathroom is a little dated but has the advantage of being large too. The hotel is located right in the center of the resort, so it's very convenient! A nice bonus is the free shower in the evening after a day of skiing, even though we had to shower in the morning! We appreciate it!
