I had a seminar there, absolutely top-notch. Excellent service and the food was delicious. The seminar itself was also top-notch.

I had an extremely bad experience here. I received a payment request for almost €50, even though, as far as I understand, I didn't park in the hotel's parking lot at all, but in an adjacent forest parking area. The hotel itself also informed me that it wasn't their parking lot. However, the payment request mentions Brand's Busch. For me, the situation is extremely opaque and customer-unfriendly. It's not clear exactly where the paid parking areas begin and end, and afterward, you feel more like you've been ripped off than informed. I can't comment on the condition of the rooms or the hotel itself, as I didn't stay there. My review refers solely to the parking situation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this area.

Never again! I just received a ticket from Avantpark for almost €50 for unpaid parking on the Brands Busch grounds. It was my first time there, and there were signs on the way there indicating a barrier. However, there was no barrier when I arrived. Since there's a lot of construction going on, I thought the barrier and payment system wasn't operational yet. Well, I was wrong. I'm still not entirely sure how it works... with a mobile phone or card... anyway, I didn't see a payment machine. I feel ripped off! I certainly won't be going there again.

The parking situation is atrocious. This place should be avoided at all costs. The company behind this scam also deliberately exploits poor accessibility to try and charge additional late fees.

Ever since the harebrained idea of ​​outsourcing the so-called 'park management' to 'Unfair Parking', Brand's Busch has been avoided by everyone who's ever had the misfortune of dealing with this rip-off crew. It hasn't changed the parking situation at all; dog walkers now park on the street and also avoid the otherwise dedicated team. What a shame.

After the changes, there's no more lunch service, only one type of beer, no branded drinks like Coca-Cola, and dinner was much better last year. We've now moved our regular meetings to a different restaurant.

A beautifully located hotel, very pleasant and comfortable, highly recommended!
