What reviewers say

Visitors praise the Waldhotel Brands Busch for its great location, especially for families with dogs, and commend the excellent service and delicious food, particularly for conferences and day trips. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot give a positive review. The hotel itself may be fine, however, it apparently works with a parking provider with whom I've had very bad experiences. Due to poor cell phone reception, I was unable to pay the parking fee online on-site. I contacted the provider the very next morning and offered to pay the outstanding fee. Despite this, I was charged a €50 penalty. What I find particularly disappointing is that similar problems seem to occur frequently at this parking lot. The numerous reviews from other users show that I'm not alone in my experience. I would hope that the hotel reconsiders its parking partner or at least strives to offer more customer-friendly solutions. This would save guests a lot of trouble.

We were in town for a conference. The room was clean and tidy.

A nice conference hotel that serves its purpose. The rooms are clean and spacious, and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, there's no refrigerator or even a small refrigerator, so you wouldn't be able to keep medication or dog food cool.

A great restaurant for a day trip, perfect for a break during a walk. The service is impeccable; the staff are very attentive and cater to the guests' needs.
