While I understand the current situation, the greeting was a rude €20 minimum spend per person – that's no way to win customers. Next door at the Iron, we received a much friendlier and more attentive welcome and service. P.S. Our bill there was also over €20 per person.

The waiter is rude

Of all the bars I have visited in the main Gay Street of Cologne, this is probably the friendliest and accommodating. The bartender were friendly and warm, the crowd was mixed (mostly middle-aged) and the music was fun. This is coming from a boy who has no idea about german music but still enjoys the ambience. I have met other guys and lesbian couple who were very friendly and accommodating to me. Coming here alone was probably difficult, most especially that I do not speak German. However, I could really say that I felt at home in this bar and that spark that you ever needed from a community of the same sex in a distant land is there. I would keep coming back to this place whenever given the chance. Infinite love 🌈 - Dennis
