Luxushotel Apartamenty

I only stayed one night and can't really say much. Everything was fine, as expected in a hotel of this category. The only thing I found irritating was the placement of a large mirror opposite the toilet. Even with a positive body image, it felt like too much self-reflection.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location right next to the Frauenkirche. The breakfast left nothing to be desired! I would definitely stay here again on another short trip to Dresden. Next time, however, I'd certainly choose a hotel with a view of the Frauenkirche! The view is truly worth it!

I'll try to give a fair review. The location is fantastic with a great view of the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady). At check-in, after we were apparently recognized as guests, we were treated somewhat condescendingly. The explanation regarding the hotel was very inadequate. Only Ms. K. made an effort and was able to explain a few things to us in a friendly manner. The room on the upper floors (suite) had a fantastic view of the Frauenkirche. The room decor is, of course, a matter of taste, but in our opinion, it was very good. Upon entering or leaving the hotel, no one even looked up to us, let alone offered a "good day" or "good evening." Friendly service should be different. Breakfast is okay. Nothing more! The first time I reached for a plate, it was still dirty on top. The next time, it was dirty from underneath. There's one fully automatic coffee machine for all guests. Patience is required. When I finally wanted to make a coffee, there were no more cups. So, more waiting and patience. The "spa area" shouldn't really be called that. The sauna's glass was covered in stains, and the shelves were dusty. The steam sauna was unfortunately unusable because the control panel was broken. All in all, a three-star hotel, and we simply didn't feel welcome.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Suites Hotel in Dresden. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic spa area, the clean and comfortable rooms, and the friendliness of the entire staff. We felt welcome from the very first moment. The quiet location and pleasant atmosphere also made our stay perfect. The hotel definitely enhanced our visit to Dresden. We would love to return and highly recommend this hotel!

A lovely little hotel right opposite the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), the location is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, everything freshly prepared. The service was very helpful and friendly. Our room had a balcony. The bed was large and the mattress very comfortable. One minor drawback: the balcony was a bit dirty. Otherwise, everything was great. We would definitely book here again. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel! I'd love to come back!

Whether it deserves 5 stars or "only" 4.5 – that would be nitpicking. The location is sensational; we had a room overlooking the Frauenkirche and the square in front of it. The room itself was large and luxurious; there was (almost) nothing to complain about. A report of an odor problem coming from one of the drains was handled professionally and taken seriously. Breakfast isn't the cheapest, but it's worth the price. For both of us, there was nothing we lacked; you can and should indulge here. The price for the garage is perhaps debatable, but then again, you rarely stay in a city hotel for weeks on end...

The room was hygienic and lovely, apart from the broken air conditioning. The location was fantastic. However, we were disappointed with the communication and service. We left something in the hotel room, but after calling to inquire, we were told it couldn't be found. I expected better standards from a hotel like this.

A truly beautiful hotel that I had the pleasure of discovering. The entire decor and atmosphere of the establishment are absolutely magnificent, from the lobby to the rooms, including the elevators and hallways, where every detail is exquisitely tasteful. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel also features a pool area with a small sauna, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. All this with a breathtaking view of the magnificent Frauenkirche church, making the experience even more memorable. An elegant, welcoming, and perfectly located establishment that I highly recommend.
