Konigsallee

A lovely place and a must do for when in the area.
Like every tourist, we went and visited. It has a nice atmosphere. We went early in the morning, so it was quite deserted. A place I'd like to visit next evening.
The magnificent canal with avenues on either sides dates back to the early 1800s when the French army forced the ruling Duke to demolish the town's fortifications. The space was then used to build the rectangular -now called- Königsallee or Kö as locals refer to it. Visited on a Sunday when shops in Düsseldorf are closed, the place still looked rather lively because of a temporary market featering antiques and handicrafts.
Food arrived very quickly, pleasant atmosphere
Shopping street famous for its luxury brand stores. Being a canal flanked by trees gives it a special charm. We went to Christmas, the canal was freezing, there was a lot of atmosphere for shopping and a market to put on the top of the street. Recommended 100%.
It's THE shopping smile !!!! Stately allee with a series of shops on one side. The upper and top segments are amply represented here. Here you can really shop!!
Nothing special. Champs Elysse meets Fifth Avenue! Canal is kind of dirty. Lots of construction, as all over Germany making it difficult and unappealing to walk.
Dusseldorf Germany is the richest and beautiful city which showcase the greenery at Kings Alley, beautiful sunsets at Rhine River and marvelous architecture at Old Town . It is a Center for Art, fashion and Nightlife. If you wish to take a virtual tour of this beautiful city do visit our channel travelsheesh on YouTube
a classic shopping street as in many other big cities: luxury brands and many tourists, in a continuous coming and going. I give a point above average thanks to the central channel, I must admit that the symmetry and order are impeccable, with the addition of a couple of well-integrated monuments the overall panorama is worth the detour for a walk. So even if shopping is the last thing you're interested in, I'd make time to fit in a half-hour walk.
Very beautiful all with too many merchants. If you are in Dusseldorf you should visit it.It is definitely the most surnames.
