I cannot recommend it

Overall, the stay at the DORMERO Hotel Hannover was satisfactory. The room was clean and perfectly adequate; the included minibar was a particularly nice touch – a welcome extra not found everywhere. Unfortunately, both check-in and check-out were very lengthy and could have been much better organized. Checking out in the morning was especially stressful. For a short stay, it was still acceptable overall, although the reception process could be improved.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower head looked disgusting. The duvet cover was slipped, and what I saw there led me to not extend my stay. Once was enough.

The room and breakfast were really good. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for the bill for three weeks (!) so I can claim my travel expenses. I've made many calls and sent emails. Still no response. I'm curious to see how this plays out...

I've stayed at this hotel several times, both for business and recently for personal reasons. During my last stay in mid-May 2026, I was very disappointed by the extremely stained and disgusting armchairs and the very subtle hint that room cleaning was only available upon request. So, three nights in a dirty room without towel changes – a new, but negative experience. The hotel's central location is a plus. I always had breakfast outside the hotel.

We stayed there for one night as a layover before our flight. The location is convenient. We arrived at the airport on time by bus. The bus stop is just 150 meters away – very practical. Our room, including the bathroom, was excellent. The minibar was included. Coffee was available 24/7 at reception. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There's a shopping center next door and a restaurant across the street. Our vacation started off very relaxed. Using the ÜSTRA easy app made it very easy to use public transportation. Highly recommended.
