A hotel that embodies hospitality at its finest I don't even know where to begin. Since I prefer a personal touch, I made my reservation by phone. I was greeted on the phone by an incredibly friendly staff member who took the time to understand our needs. In no time at all, she found not just any room for my family, including our dog, but a beautiful Executive Room. Even this initial conversation conveyed the feeling that the guest is truly the focus here. Then came the day of our arrival from Switzerland. After almost eight hours of driving, we arrived at the hotel under a bright blue sky. We received a warm welcome even before entering. Check-in was professional, friendly, and completely straightforward. After such a long journey, this combination of warmth and efficiency was invaluable. Upon entering the room, we were immediately delighted. The Executive Room was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and exuded a pleasant atmosphere of both elegance and comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was high-quality, and you could tell from the many small details that a lot of care and attention had been paid to the hotel. I would especially like to commend the exceptional service of the entire team. Whether at reception, in the restaurant, or with housekeeping, every single employee greeted us with genuine friendliness, attentiveness, and a smile. We never felt like just a room number, but rather a welcome guest. Our dog wasn't simply tolerated, but warmly welcomed. As a dog owner myself, I know how rare it is for a hotel to integrate pets so naturally and lovingly. This made our stay even more enjoyable. The central location in the heart of Hanover is also a major plus. Many sights, restaurants, and shops are within easy walking distance, while the hotel offers a pleasant tranquility once you return. The breakfast also deserves high praise. The selection was excellent, the quality of the food outstanding, and the service attentive without being intrusive. It was a wonderful way to start the day. In every aspect, it's clear why the Kastens Hotel Luisenhof has been one of Hanover's most prestigious hotels for decades. Here, tradition, professionalism, and genuine hospitality come together. We arrived with high expectations, and these were not only met but significantly exceeded. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful stay. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanover.

A really nice hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would have rated 5-stars except the shower completely flooded the bathroom when I used it (thanks to a gap in the two doors). Housekeeping was prompt with bringing more towels though. One weird thing is the morning housekeeping team tried to enter my room to clean it at 08:30 on my day of checkout. There needs to be better communication with reception as to rooms that are checking out that day so they can be cleaned afterwards. I wouldn’t have expected that to happen at a 5-star hotel.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. The accessible room is excellent. The service is outstanding, and the location is fantastic. Everything is easily accessible. The hotel's events are highly recommended.
