Nice hostel with friendly staff and helpful owner.

This budget-friendly guesthouse boasts a convenient location right in front of the harbor, with the old town, bus terminal, supermarket, and restaurants all within easy reach. The interior is clean, and the common areas are spacious and comfortable. The large space for drying laundry is a nice little bonus. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Kotor, this is highly recommended.

Brilliant 3 nights stay at Hostel Pupa. Amazing team that knows great deal about Kotor and nearby places. Fun atmosphere yet highly professional operations. Will definitely stay again.

Top tier hostel Some great members of staff and volunteers who made my stay that much more enjoyable. Rooms are brilliant and one of the best mattresses I've slept on in a hostel. Showers and toilets are super clean. The entire hostel looks brand new honestly. It's an amazing place that I recommend to anyone. It's social but you can go off and have your own space if need be 👌

I showed up to do a volunteer exchange through "Worldpacker." I was essentially lured there with the promise of work exchange. The day I arrived they claimed they were closing the hostel for a month. It is still open accepting bookings, but they told me I had to leave on the 14th. All the signs of trafficking. Deception, unpaid work, luring with a false promise. Apartments in the area are cheaper per night than a bed in their hostel. I was supposed to have lodging in exchange for volunteer service for two months. They did this on purpose. It's a nice hostel but overpriced. When I left the reception said they would "get back in the game in a month," and that it was a really "hard game."

Top tier hostel experience. Comfy beds with curtains for privacy, which is always a bonus. Separate bathrooms for men and women, and always clean. But the most important part was it quickly became a home away from home. Nina and her staff were so welcoming and gave me the best NYE experience ever. I extended my stay 4 extra days because of this. Also, Kotor is just a beautiful place! I will forever be grateful for my time here and the friends I made. Thank you ❤️ 🇲🇪
