The accommodation proved to be a perfect value for money—clean, comfortable, and the location allowed us to easily walk to the most important sights. The room was small, but after a long day of sightseeing, a quiet and peaceful place to unwind was paramount. The breakfast was standard, nothing fancy, but at this price, there's really nothing to complain about.

The hotel offered good value for money, although prices were quite high due to a concert in town. The service was adequate; they weren't particularly attentive, but everything worked fine. The bed was comfortable, there was a TV with Chromecast, and breakfast was optional (we didn't try it as we ate while exploring the city). Unless you want to be right in the city center, the location is good (easily accessible by train/metro/bus or Uber/taxi, of course). If you don't mind walking, you can reach the city center and many other attractions in 20-30 minutes.

Check-in was quick and efficient, exactly as booked, with no unnecessary waits despite our late arrival after a long day of meetings. The room was quiet and well-noiseproofed from the hallway and street, so we finally managed to get a good night's sleep before the next day of work. The location was convenient, and the service was friendly and efficient – I highly recommend it for business trips.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The service at this hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There isn’t even a phone or a fridge in the room, which is ridiculous. Also the rooms are very small. On Friday morning, the housekeeper came while I was getting ready. I politely asked him to come back in an hour. I returned to my room two hours later, and it still hadn’t been cleaned. I went to reception, explained the situation, and instead of apologizing, the receptionist rolled her eyes at me and said, “Okay, I’ll let them know.” I left the hotel again, came back three hours later, and the room was STILL not cleaned. I went back to reception for the second time and clearly told them that I wouldn’t be leaving the hotel today anymore, so I asked them to clean the room at 12:00 instead the next day. The next morning, the housekeeper showed up at 10:30, knocked ONCE, and walked straight into my room while I had just come out of the shower and was standing there wearing nothing but a towel. This is a completely unacceptable invasion of privacy and honestly shocking. This hotel clearly has no respect for its guests, no communication between staff, and no basic standards of customer service. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I've stayed at this hotel many times this year (not by choice). Unfortunately, I don't have particularly fond memories. The rooms are clean, but they're too small for two people. It's difficult to open a suitcase to allow free movement. The noise can be bothersome, but I admit that ultimately it didn't bother me that much. The food – dinner – was generally okay, but it's a shame the hotel didn't make the effort to provide seasonal vegetables that actually taste good (breakfast featured almost-frozen tomatoes and cucumbers that had absolutely no smell or taste). Safety is a recurring theme in reviews. The hotel assures us that this is important to them, etc., but in my opinion, these are just dry answers, because you have to respond, and guests are ultimately left to their own devices in emergencies. During one stay, another guest tried to break down the door at 5 a.m. to my room. Reception and security only responded after three calls. The door lock was broken. Security arrived at the last minute. I've never been so scared, I wouldn't wish such an experience on anyone, and unfortunately, apologies don't accomplish much in situations like this. Especially when it turns out the hotel doesn't have another room available, so you have to store your belongings in the luggage room. It's hard to find the positives after something like this.
