The hotel was okay. There's a capsule coffee machine in the room, but no capsules? That's strange. There were some temporary internet problems – it was a problem for me because I had to work. After contacting the staff, I managed to fix it. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. There were two elevators. The breakfast was interesting (there was a choice of black pudding), which was a big plus for me because I'm getting tired of hotels with sandwiches and oatmeal. How long can you eat the same thing? :)

Excellent hotel. I stayed there twice on different days, and the room numbers also changed, and I noticed that they all lacked a minibar. Comfortable rooms, a comfortable bed, and a small plus is the ability to get free water, including sparkling water, from a vending machine in the hallway. Close to the train station and a short walk from shopping centers. Recommended Recommended

The customer is left alone with the problem. The hotel is avoiding responsibility. The cleaning staff, of questionable origin, use official keys to enter the room for unknown reasons. Furthermore, they don't understand Polish. Safety is a concern. As a woman, I'm afraid to spend even an extra night at this hotel. I considered calling the police because the hotel is washing its hands of responsibility or AT LEAST EXPLAINING the situation. The only thing I heard from the staff was an apology. Unfortunately, I don't think the police will do much, and I don't have time for questioning because I'm on a business trip. The location is good, despite the nearby train station, which may be bothersome to some guests due to noise. The windows aren't airtight. The air conditioning works, and the rooms are clean. This is my first negative review, but I have no reservations about posting it. I'm truly disappointed.

It's impossible to reach the front desk by phone. There's no openness or willingness to help in problematic situations. There are no decision-makers.

I stayed at the Campanile during training sessions, spending a total of 18 nights there over several months, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it! Almost every room I was put in had some kind of issue – a non-functioning flush, a window that wouldn't open, a radiator that would automatically heat up to maximum temperature in the summer, a broken air conditioning system, door handles falling off the bathroom door, doors that jammed, a TV that wouldn't turn on... The rooms themselves are incredibly cramped; two people don't have room to leave their luggage and still have room to walk around the bed. Furthermore, some rooms don't have windows that open, and the average temperature inside is 25°C (77°F), which is unbearable for me. The single beds are narrow, and the mattresses have hard springs, but that's still bearable. What's unbearable is the terrible noise from the train tracks located 15 meters from the hotel – trains passing just behind the wall, conductors whistling to signal departures from the nearby station, and a large intersection with trams. With such noise, you can forget about rest. You can also forget about rest due to the hotel's indifference to the safety of its guests. One night, a stranger broke into the room of two guests. At 5:00 a.m., an aggressive stranger, under the influence of drugs, practically forced his shoulder through the door frame. The receptionist didn't respond to the desperate pleas of two girls in the room to call security, only dismissing the incident with a "please don't open it!" Despite numerous complaints from training participants, the hotel did nothing to compensate the guests who attempted to break in. The reception staff is a group of disinterested young people who are far too underpaid to handle such situations competently. The hotel breakfast is poor, with axe-chopped tomatoes from the freezer that make your teeth ache, and a very limited selection of hot dishes – scrambled eggs, frankfurters, oatmeal. The coffee is terrible. The only toiletries provided for guests is 6-in-1 soap. In summary – the hotel is not worth the price. If you value safety and a comfortable stay, I strongly advise against it!

Great stay at Campanile: clean rooms, friendly staff and a convenient location. Breakfast is good, though the selection of sweets is quite limited. Overall, a very positive experience.

Spending the night at this hotel was a real nightmare. I stayed here for just one night because I had to leave early in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't get any sleep at all. Every time someone closed a room door on the floor, it slammed so loudly that it felt like a SWAT team was breaking it down. It was so loud that it literally made me jump out of bed. If you're planning to stay here and expect a good night's sleep, be prepared for the opposite. I would strongly recommend that the hotel adjust or replace the door closers. They cause the doors to slam extremely loudly, which completely ruins the night's rest. As for the service, the staff, and the room itself, everything was good. I have no complaints in that regard. If it weren't for the constant door slamming throughout the night, my overall impression of the hotel would have been much better. A night in this hotel is a real torture. I only came for one night, because I had to leave in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any sleep at all. Every time someone on the floor closed the front door, there was such a loud bang that it seemed like special forces were breaking it down. You could literally jump up in bed from this. If you plan to spend the night here and are counting on a quiet rest, be prepared for the fact that silence is unlikely to shine for you. I recommend that the hotel administration pay attention to the door closers or adjust them. It is because of them that the doors close extremely loudly, which significantly spoils the impression of the stay. Regarding the service, staff and the room itself - no complaints. Everything was good here. If it weren’t for the constant banging of doors at night, the impression of the hotel would have been much better.
