Trianon Hotel

Cozy hotel in a great location (15 minutes from the center). Super friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff. Large, new rooms. I would return and recommend it to everyone.

It's worth mentioning upfront that the hotel was renovated in December 2025, so the old reviews aren't really relevant anymore. The hotel was truly fantastic! The price-performance ratio was absolutely fair. Very modern, cozy, and lovely. The bathroom was renovated, with a nice shower, and the hairdryer was great (there's nothing worse than a bad hairdryer 😅). The location is also fantastic. Right next to a beautiful park, the likes of which I've searched for in vain in Munich. A 20-minute walk to the old town, and bus and tram stops are practically right outside the door. I must especially highlight the fabulous breakfast. So beautifully presented with fresh ingredients… a huge selection, and I looked forward to it every single day! An absolute highlight!!! The staff were also so friendly. We initially stayed two nights at this hotel, then went to Brasov, and because we enjoyed it so much, we booked the Trianon again for our last night. The staff even gave us an upgrade, which is what I call exceptional customer service. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends if they ever want to visit Bucharest. Best regards from Munich!

Newly renovated hotel in a great location. The breakfast was very good and the staff incredibly friendly. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. The beautiful Cismigiu Park is just 2 minutes away. 👍

This must be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed ! Let’s begin from the fact that reception and rooms are very beautiful. We visited with 3 babies and the staff made sure we are all comfortable ! They were so kind and always willing to help with anything we need . Great location in front of the park and quiet. Would definitely visit again

The hotel is worth much more than 3 stars. The room was big and clean, with all the furniture and the appliances you would need. The bathroom is bigger that it usually is in hotels and the shower was huge and with good water pressure. The room comes with complimentary water and coffe pods and a wonderful nespresso machine. Breakfast is now served at the hotel in the newly renovated restaurant, and had everything you could want - both tipica and continental. Staff is kind and helpful and speaks good English. With a 15 min walk you are in the centre of the city. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with my experience at Hotel Trinanton. When I made my reservation, I accidentally forgot to add the free cancellation option. Because of the ongoing war escalation in Israel and the uncertainty around flights, I emailed the hotel literally within an hour of booking to explain the situation and ask if anything could be done. I received no response at all. At first I hoped my flight would still happen, but eventually it was cancelled. After that, I tried contacting the hotel multiple times again by both email and phone, and still got absolutely no answer. Not even a basic response or attempt to help. I understand policies exist, but completely ignoring guests during an emergency situation is unacceptable. Communication and customer service were extremely disappointing, especially considering the circumstances.

Recently renovated hotel. Beautiful and well-located. Breakfast isn't very varied but is plentiful. There's a lot of room for improvement in cleanliness. Recommended.

Wonderful place near Cișmigiu park, everything is new, the staff is friendly and I highly recommend!
