I stayed with my son from February 8th to February 12th, 2026. We were checked in immediately upon arrival in the morning at no extra charge. Room 43 was cozy and warm. The receptionists were friendly and explained everything and showed us around. There's an excellent, affordable cafeteria on the ground floor.
I've traveled to so many countries, and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were three adults, and because there wasn't a triple room available, we had to choose an extra bed. The extra bed was tiny, like a child's bed, with two thin, old mattresses instead of a proper mattress. The pillows weren't even pillows, the duvets were thin and old. The towels had turned grey from overuse. There was absolutely no customer service or attention. We booked breakfast to avoid dealing with it ourselves, but terrible takeaway breakfasts arrived. They didn't even bother to give us a replacement cardboard cup when it ran out. It was terrible, I would never recommend it.
There's no parking, even though the description clearly states there is, private, and free. The room is freezing.
We stayed at this hotel in November. It's on the second floor of an old building. We were assigned to room 15. It was extremely cold, especially the bathroom, which had a freezer, so they offered us a stove. But then, at night, things got interesting. There's a bar underneath the hotel on the first floor that stays open until 5 a.m., and music, laughter, and loud conversations accompanied us until 2 a.m. We finally managed to get some sleep, but the next night the noise reached its peak. It felt like all this chaos was happening in our room. When we contacted reception, the receptionist told us they don't handle overnight check-ins, so we'd have to wait until the morning to be moved, and no one cared about how we were supposed to sleep that night. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel. Cold rooms, no customer service, noisy location, unpleasant neighborhood.
We stayed from August 30, 2025, to September 4, 2025, and we loved everything. The hotel location is fantastic, and the dining room on the ground floor is delicious, just like home. Special thanks to the receptionists who met and saw us off and were there throughout our stay: Marina, Veronica, Grigory, and Renata. You're superb, courteous, polite, grateful, and willing to accommodate.
Value for money! The location is fantastic. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cozy. We'll be back.
