Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this hotel. We booked several rooms through Booking.com, and despite the booking conditions, the hotel charged us a deposit and refused to refund us after we cancelled our trip in 2020 due to COVID-19. Despite our being right and constant written promises to refund our money, we never received a refund. The behavior of the staff and management is extremely frivolous and irresponsible. The inside of the hotel itself is dirty and not as well-maintained as it appears in the photos. The location, although central, is located near the market—the scenery is reminiscent of scenes from the film "Brother."

Definitely don't come here in winter. It's very cold. The heating doesn't work. If someone smokes in the next room, the aroma will fill your bathroom. The bed linens are torn. That's just the way they provide them. The price is good, but what happens inside the hotel?

If you want to live with bedbugs, this is the hotel for you! We chose this hotel based on good reviews. The location is really convenient, with the dining room on the ground floor. Everything would have been fine if we hadn't found bedbugs in the bed and bites on our body on the second day. This is a first for me, and it was a shock! The receptionist didn't solve the problem, saying they would sanitize the hotel. There are shopping arcades and a market nearby, so bedbugs aren't surprising. There are bars on the ground floor, and if your windows face that side, like ours, sleepless nights are guaranteed. My vacation was completely ruined. The hotel manager's attitude leaves much to be desired: no apologies, no compensation. Apparently, bedbugs are normal for them.

Disgusting hotel! I've never experienced such disgusting service and conditions in my life! The photos on the website are a complete lie! The reality is dirty rooms with shabby furniture, broken plumbing, and a lack of basic amenities. After paying 5,000 rubles a night, we were forced to check out after just a few hours. And instead of apologizing for such a disgrace, the hotel brazenly charged a 100% penalty! This is outrageous! I'm preparing for legal action and will seek justice. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! It's a nightmare! P.S. I will forward this review to every possible authority so that no one ever visits such a place!

A nice and comfortable hotel in the city center. Housekeeping was excellent, and the rooms were clean and cozy. All supplies were replenished daily. The staff was friendly. I slept soundly with the window open, enjoying the fresh air.
