I was very pleased with my 3-night stay at this hotel from October 16-19, 2025, and I would recommend it to everyone.

The staff were so charming! I'm so glad we no longer have to search for hotels in St. Petersburg. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is located just around the corner of Hermitage, and the ideal place to discover this beautiful city! The hotel rooms are very cozy, everything really clean, modern, very well thought through and stylish! The staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind and friendly. We felt really at home and loved everything about the hotel. Only with EU credit cards it was tricky to pay the “ordinary way”, however the entire hotel staff made even this procedure easy and feasible. A big shout out to Anna who even made it possible to reserve circus tickets from the distance. Breakfast is served in the beautiful restaurant next door, a small but fine buffet. The staff here prepared my vegan version of porridge all very sweet and helpful, thanks to Daniel Anna and all the others We will definitely be back and staying here again! Thanks to all the hotel staff, only to mention a few, Anna, Vasily, Antyon, Yulia and all the others who made our stay so special!

An exceptionally positive experience staying at the hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of options. The hotel's calling card is the staff: friendly, extremely responsive, and many other positive attributes. I'd like to especially mention and thank Anna Melkonyan again.

A centrally located hotel, just 5 minutes from the Hermitage Museum and Nevskiy Avenue. Receptionist Vasili is very polite and attentive. The rooms are clean and tidy. I recommend it and would stay there again if I go back.

Everything was perfect: The welcome, the staff's helpfulness, the location just 5 minutes from the Hermitage and very close to Nevsky Prospekt. The room was spacious, overlooking the courtyard, and very quiet. The staff helped with booking shows or museum tickets, as well as finding a taxi or organizing a day of sightseeing by taxi, all at no extra charge. The breakfast was very generous. All this at a very good price. Nothing to complain about. We had a 5-night stay without any unpleasant surprises, and with all the attention we could have wished for. Go without hesitation.

Room was clean and kept clean every day. Location is perfect, just at the heat of the city. The staffs are very helpful and know how to assist you to make not only your stay perfect but also give you guidance around the Saint Petersburg.

The family stayed in the Family room, bright and cozy, you could even say it's a two-room apartment. Great location in the city center, helpful staff, courtyard with closed parking. The room has everything, the kitchen is equipped with appliances, a spacious kitchen-living room where you can gather with family, two separate rooms. The bathrooms have heated floors, a nice bonus. Breakfasts in the Janno restaurant (next door) are delicious and I recommend visiting the restaurant itself. There is an elevator, in a historical building this is luxury. Special thanks to the staff, who create a warm and soulful atmosphere. Thank you for your care and comfort! The child was delighted with the gift, special thanks! We will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to friends

Everything about the hotel is wonderful! The service, location, rooms, views, and friendly staff are all top-notch! Breakfasts at the Janno restaurant (next door) are standard for a city hotel restaurant—nothing fancy, but everything is delicious and well-prepared. We love the variety of food, so we always have breakfast in the city. We've been back to this hotel several times and don't plan to change anything on our next trips to St. Petersburg!
