Belgrade City Hotel
Visitors frequently praise the Belgrade City Hotel's excellent central location and friendly, helpful staff. However, common complaints include issues with the hotel's aging infrastructure, such as unreliable elevators and inconsistent Wi-Fi, as well as noise from the street. Some guests also noted that rooms in the annex building were smaller than expected.

Be extra careful with your money and don't leave your luggage with them! We left our luggage for a few hours at the front desk and they stole my money from my backpack. If you book a room in the annex building, the room is really old and there is no elevator. We had to go up 3 flights of stairs.
Its location near Savski Trg makes it very easy to get around the city. Knez Mihailova, Kalemegdan, and the main city centers are easily accessible by public transport. Many reviews mention it's within walking distance, which is possible, but it was a bit challenging with small children and a stroller. Overall, the hotel is functional. It offers comfort and practicality rather than a claim to luxury. It's a central and hassle-free option for short city trips. A small note regarding booking: The hotel has another, older building at the back, and some reviews have shared experiences of being given rooms there that weren't in very good condition. We were in the front building and were satisfied. However, it might be helpful to ask which building you'll be staying in when booking.
