This is the place to be if you want to dance on a Saturday night. 2 floors with one large dance floor. The restroom situation is a mess. No urinals. Gets busy after 1 am.

Great music as we expect in Madrid clubs. Arrived about 1AM Saturday night and it was just starting to get busy. Coat check, most folks in streetwear, some harnes and bare chest later in the evening after dancing. Mostly gay on Saturday night and was pretty full. A few women also attend with gay friends.

The place is big and the music is a mix of techno and tribal, nothing to complain about the facilities, but I hope never come back to Kluster again!! It was my first time there and the security guy grabbed me really hard by my arm inside the bathroom and took me out the bathroom.. I think they were close the bathroom but I didn't realize it as there were many people and loud music, plus I dont speak Spanish very well. And worst!! After grab me hard he started threaten me in Spanish and I didn't understand a thing he was saying... I wanted to leave the club and call the police because he was very aggressive, but my friends convinced me to stay and forget it. I don't really recommend you guys to go to this place if you dont speak Spanish, the securities are very aggressive and sure they could hit you if you dont understand what they are saying. Hopefully I wont have to come back to such unrespecful place. I'd do things diferently: close the bathroom and wait until everybody leaves, not taking everybody out so unrespecfully, we are humans, some of us dont speak your language and may not understand.

The place is ok and quiet big. However, the music is awful. If you like techno, tech-house, deep house, house or underground dance music definitely it isn’t your place.
