About this place Kluster @ Chango

This spot at Calle de Covarrubias 42 is where Madrid’s gay club scene goes to blow off steam.

You’ll find it in the Community of Madrid, right in the thick of things. It’s got a reputation for being a go-to, especially on Saturday nights when the dance floor packs out.

Madrid’s gay bars and clubs are a whole mood, each with its own vibe, but this one keeps the energy up all night. People come here to dance and hang out in a space that feels explicitly for them.

Check their website for hours and what’s on. Like most places in Madrid, it’s smart to look ahead or ask around in local LGBTQ+ groups to get the latest intel.

I went this Saturday and had an amazing time!!! Great atmosphere and the waiters Jonathan and Ronny were super attentive and professional. The cloakroom attendant was very nice too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A terrible experience and a complete lack of organization at Chango Kluster Chicle. I left a jacket in the cloakroom last weekend, and they emailed me saying I could pick it up on Friday "from 11 am." When I got there, the first employee told me it was at 11 am sharp, even though the email literally said "from 11 am." Then, another employee told me it wasn't in the cloakroom because the items were in storage, even though they had previously directed me to the cloakroom. Every employee told me something different, and no one seemed to know how anything worked. The worst part was that while I was trying to explain to the woman using gestures that I'm deaf in one ear and had cochlear implants, a doorman/security guard grabbed my elbow to try to kick me out, until the employee herself had to intervene. Total disorganization, uncomfortable treatment, and completely unprofessional handling of something as basic as retrieving a forgotten item of clothing.

I went last night and the experience was terrible. The place was so crowded that people couldn't even move, and I kept getting spilled drinks when I tried to move (I even think they were way over capacity). Anyway, I paid €17 for entry only to have a bad time and end up going home.
