The hotel is very beautiful, with equally beautiful and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is varied but not exceptional. The location is in the center of Seville...just steps away from everything. The only downside is the homeless people on the street below the hotel who occasionally make noise at night.

Beautiful property in the city center. Large and very clean room. There's a small rooftop pool. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Excellent location, right on the Main Street. Central to everything. Friendly professional staff. Hotel well run. Great breakfast, no wait and terrific selection, much more than was expected. Hotel roof bar and small pool excellent for the hot Seville weather .

I gave it 3 stars based on the price I paid, comparing it to other hotels; perhaps it was related to the time of year. Fortunately, the hotel was nice and located right in the city center, so most sightseeing was within walking distance. Note: I was at the hotel just too late in the evening; Seville is a beautiful, vibrant city.

Cool hotel with a beautiful moorish architecture. The rooms are nice despite a slight drainage smell. The service was flawless: the reception staff went out of their way to write us the white gazpacho recipe after we mentioned how much we liked it.

We’d like to like this hotel, but it leaves a feeling of being unfinished. The rooms are adequate, nothing more, with a slapdash finish: exposed wiring, neglected paintwork, and damaged wallpaper. The welcome varies depending on who you speak to. Friendly at times, brusque at others. A special mention for the car park incident: a faulty QR code, mandatory payment, and then a reception team unwilling to question the system. Even a demonstration by the security staff wasn’t enough to get the system working. Finally, it’s hard to ignore the lingering odours in the third-floor corridors. It’s a shame, as the location partly redeems the experience.

We stayed 4 nights in this superb hotel, nothing to complain about, and an excellent breakfast. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it. Pascal Suffren

The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting the city's attractions. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, but the only downside is that there's only one person who cleans the rooms.
