The hotel is very well located for visiting Seville. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was the parking. The hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park in a public lot. The rooftop pool is perfect for cooling off after a long day of walking. The breakfast was also excellent.

The rooms were located on the ground floor, attached to the lobby. They were added later and used to be the guest toilets. It was a disaster! The noise level at night was enormous because the passengers walked right past our bed – separated only by a wall and ground-floor windows. The bathroom was completely barrier-free, with no shower screen. The bathroom floor was constantly flooded. The towels were very cheap. After drying off, white lint clung to your entire body, which unfortunately wasn't easy to remove. In short: Unfortunately, not a good stay. Not recommended! And the staff acted completely surprised the next morning, as if they were hearing about it for the first time. Very disappointing! 😱

Perfect location to walk around main tourist sites. Quite neighborhood in July. Very comfortable bed and nice sized restroom.

★☆☆☆☆

I do not recommend this accommodation. I made a reservation through Booking.com, but I couldn't get to the hotel by car due to an event in the city. I drove around several times and even spoke to the police, without success. I tried to contact the accommodation several times, but I received no response or reply. I ended up having to book another accommodation in the city. Later, I requested a cancellation without charge, but I was never refunded the amount paid. I consider that the management of this accommodation did not demonstrate professionalism or respect for the customer, so I do not recommend it.
