Mentiroso

Mentiroso is a small gay-friendly café-bar at Calle Compañía 1, near Plaza de la Encarnación and the Setas. GayTravel4U and Travel Gay both list it, and Queer in the World recommended it in 2023. Expect mellow music, cheap drinks and conversation, not a dance floor. Listings say it opens daily from about 16:30; we don't hold a closing time. It works as an early stop before heading north to the Alameda de Hércules, roughly ten minutes on foot. We couldn't find a website, so check Google Maps for the day's hours before making a trip.
