Very nice beach around 1 hour walk from the Centre of Sitges quite a long walk but nice walk with beautiful scenery along the way can be elevated and not clear pathways so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties but a great way to keep fit and admire the beautiful scenery en route rather shingle beach small with a beach bar and snacks nice to visit during your stay in Sitges

Great beach, just outside Sitges. Has a nice beach bar and you can borrow sunbeds and umbrellas.

Very good place to hike with children or couple. There are spectacular coves. The beach super cool and accessible.

Without means of locomotion it is tedious, journey of an hour and a half.... Small pebble beach crowded with naturists. Only asset, the pine forest behind that allows adventures.... But without it, this beach does not deserve as much effort

Not easy to get to, playa hombre muerto is a quiet nudist gem, and a place for gay men to enjoy the water, sun and each other, especially in the side caves and in the forest. You can take the little tourist train that runs along the promenade every half hour (2.50 one way, 4 round trip, at this time only by credit/debit card) to the southernmost hotel (Terra Mar) and then you got to cross the little dry riverbed via the coastal rocks to the abandoned beach club, with the golf course on the right. Then follow the trail over two small hills with the way on your left and the train tracks on your right, and you’ll see the rainbow flags of the beach. Has a great beach kiosk as well, with food & drinks (again only card payment). You can also rent beach chairs & umbrellas but it’s not cheap so worth bringing your own with you.

It's not what it used to be Parking has been removed, you have to park at Terramar by paying and walk to the beach, allow 30/40 minutes The prices of mattresses have doubled (2 mattresses and a parasol 40 euros) Did you think you were in Cannes??? ? Naturism no longer respected

We've been meaning to come to this beach for many years but never put the effort in to get there. Today we did it, the effort was worth it. This beach is lovely but lacking in facilities. There is much more available space here compared to Balmins. But there's no cafe or other facilities. Take everything you need or want with you!

Always a pleasure to come back here . 1st Gay nude beach since 1930 in Europe . Definitely worth the hike or if you have a car you can park & hike about 15 mins across the train tracks . To benefit from this gem, you need to walk about 15 minutes and it is a pebble beach. That's the only "problem". For the rest, total gay nudist freedom. There is a cruising area behind the railway lines, but discreet action on the beach itself seems OK. Nice little cafe with nice view. No textile and no women. Great (but there is an easier alternative in downtown Sitges)

The beach itself isn't worth it, but the walk there from Sitges is definitely worth the trip. Plus, halfway along the walk you'll find the old Atlandide nightclub; the views while walking are very nice.

Very nice and highly recommended, only the journey there is difficult, as you cannot get there directly by car and have to walk the rest of the way.

Beautiful nature. A little difficult to get there. You can walk under the railway in a tunnel. Or cross it on the tracks where there are quite a few trains. Nice and clean restaurant/bar

Well worth the drive to this incredible private beach. As the signs say, this one has been around since 1930. All are welcome, and clothing is optional. We chose a day where not many people were around, which was just perfect for us. It’s a very easy walk to get there, and totally worth the time to get there. There is a cute little restaurant on site, however, remember that there are no bathrooms. You sure to go before you arrive.

It was my first time to visit the famous nude beach, located about a 45-minute walk south of Sitges, Spain.It was fairly crowded since it's not a huge beach. But I could find a spot among the hundreds of unclothed male bodies to have a resting place for most of the afternoon. As I am currently headed back to Sitges again in July 2025, I thought it would be helpful to add more about my previous visit. Perhaps that impression may or may not change. So, we’ll see. The trek to this beach is not dangerous, but you should be wearing good walking shoes, although people generally go there in beach attire, including sandals. Those will work out fine, but tumble at your own risk. Food and drink are available at the kiosk, located halfway down the inclined pathway to the beach. Nudity is not required, by any means. But about 75% or more of the males who visit the beach do so ‘au poil’. A bit of gay stuff does go on at the far end (south or right hand) of the beach. More to follow, as I visit it again in July.

Iconic gay beach Friendly atmosphere among visitors. It gets quite crowded in the afternoon and is a bit out of walking distance.

SINCE 1930 A Gay Male Nudist beach primarily, but regularly with quiet str8 couples or the occasional gaggle of loud ‘shouty’ str8 girls hanging out with the ‘fruits’, like bats. Gay girls and everyone is welcome. All kinds of everything on the beach but most folks are in age range late 20s to early 60s. Fitter and younger than Balmains nudista beach because this playa is more remote. You’re left alone to be yourself. You don’t have to go nude but why would you trek all this way and not show off your meat plus two veg or Pepsies and Shierlies. Man Thongs were popular summer 2025. Trainers are best. I’ve walked there in Birkenstocks. Wear rubber shoes to access sea unless your feet are as tough as Rosie the riveter. ACCESS: Me, I take the L2 bus route from the Sitges train station to the upmarket Can Girona residential development. You must inform driver you want Can Girona - €1.50. Bus departs twice per hour at the fifteen minute after/fifteen minute before each hour. Bus journey time 10 minutes. I then walk 15 minutes through the pine forests down to Playa del Muerto. Take a Taxi to closeby the former Atlantia open air discotheque and walk 1.5km up and over a rocky headland. Or shorter walk from Can Girona. The promenade walk from Sitges takes 45 minutes. I prefer to walk back to Sitges in the evening. Mountain bikes are an option. Some ‘alpha male’ couples paddle in like Viking raiders in Decathlon Kayaks and kick sand up. Train Danger: Don’t cross railway track when fast moving trains approach. STOP. Raise your arm allowing the train driver to assess you as a lesser risk. NEVER cross railway as a train approaches- you might encourage some fool to follow your bad example. Beach Bar: Mid May - Early October Chirungay beach bar is well run by family Vegas. They serve fresh salads and refreshments: Mojito Cava Sangria Cola Aqua Cerveza - with/without ice. Parasols Rent an excellent parasol for €10, a lounger €15. Don’t bring a tent or TEMU tent chair or you’ll be asked not to use them. Space on the beach is limited. By all means bring your own parasol but if it’s cheap it will break with the first gust of wind and you’ll look silly. Time: Busy 11.00hrs-18.00hrs. Security: Yes you can visit solo. Your stuff is safer here than at any place else in Sitges. The Beach Bar team are vigilant for ‘wrong ‘uns’ who avoid this place but your property is your responsibility. Lots of folks visit for half a day before flying out of BCN el Prat. WC: Bring a compostable doggy poo poo bag for your number two, then bring it home or dig a hole and bury it. A pee pee in the wet sand or offshore while skinny dipping. Other attractions: YES. There’s an expansive Mediterranean pine forest across the busy train tracks. Very busy afternoons early evenings. Man caves and open air amphitheater of fun at the far end of beach. Bar terrace is the ideal place to hangout with your new best friend necking beers or each other. SWIM SAFETY: At your own risk because there is no lifeguard. Safe swimming inshore. Farther out there are currents which might cause issues for novice swimmers. Give my review a like if you feel you’ve got a good overview of Playa del Muerto.

Because almost all the beautiful coves on the Costa Dorada are nudist beaches. Why don't you go somewhere else? And let normal people enjoy these places with their children without having to see strange things. Thank you.

Excellent place to practice naturism in a framework of fraternity and respect.

Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The access is terrible; you have to go along the train tracks. Safety first. The beach is tiny, there's no room for anyone. The beachgoers put their towels right up to the water's edge, and you literally can't get past them. If you do, they give you dirty looks, though it's more out of envy because there's no group more toxic. The only "friendly" person is the one who wants to go cruising with you. Finally, at the beach bar, I ordered a €4 coffee that I didn't really want so I could sit in the shade for a while, because there's no shade on the whole beach, except in the caves, and there are always people having sex, all very normal. I took out a sandwich, and some muscleman they have there, like a piece of meat, came up to me and complained that I couldn't eat. "Oh, okay," I said, "well, don't worry, I won't eat, but now instead of taking up a table for a maximum of 20 minutes, I'll take up two hours."

The best nudist beach for men only in all of Sitges. The only downside is the walk to get there and the fact that you have to cross railroad tracks to get there. There's a beach bar, but it's insanely expensive. I recommend anyone who decides to go bring food and water for the day and a small umbrella for shade. There are also cruising areas. This beach is popular with people of all kinds.
