We had dinner at this restaurant yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. It’s definitely one of the best places in Sitges if you’re looking for refined, fine dining. The chef is clearly very experienced and combines flavors in a creative yet perfectly balanced way. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of taste. Considering the quality of the food, the value for money is exceptional. The interior is elegant and stylish, with an impressive collection of artwork that creates a unique atmosphere. The service was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. Although we didn’t try the cocktails, they looked absolutely stunning. The cocktail bar itself is beautiful, and you can immediately tell that everything here is created with passion and attention to detail. I can only say positive things about this restaurant. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I would happily return.

Excellent food and service. My eldest daughter and I ordered one of the tasting menus. My youngest daughter devoured a tuna taco (and then ordered another), followed by a spectacular duck breast.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. The atmosphere is peaceful and romantic, perfect for our occasion. The staff who served us were always very polite and courteous; both of them were wonderful. The food is spectacular. We chose the tasting menu with tacos in addition to the main menu, and everything—absolutely everything—was incredibly delicious.

My husband & I travel the world always looking to discover unique dining experiences. After reading reviews on Factor Vi, we decided to try it. In the 5 years that I've lived in Spain, this way one of the BEST dining experiences ever! You're warmly greeted by Mitch, one extraordinary bartender! Then taken into a gorgeous, beautifully lite room to enjoy your meal. The cuisine is Mediterranean fusion, and combines flavors that absolutely are a winner. The service is attentive, professional & welcoming. The owners (husband & wife team) are fantastic & make it known that they are there to provide a memorable meal. Highlights include: 62 degree eggs with wild mushrooms & truffles (outstanding!); Crab Ravioli (crazy good); Tournedo Rossini with foie gras & caramelized onion; Tuna Chirashi. We enjoyed Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay which paired perfectly with our meal. We look forward to returning to Factor Vi next time visiting Sitges! Incredible food

The staff were so amazing and kind. Came in to buy some broth for my sick sister and they took care me even after the kitchen was closed. Very outgoing. Will be going back for dinner before we leave town. Thank y’all so much!

Fantastic! A real find and so lucky to have stumbled upon this place in Sitges. The food was spectacular. Every dish is highly recommended. The price was more than reasonable. The service was excellent. I'll definitely be back; everything was delicious.

Such an amazing place! Very very recommended ❤️ When you walk inside you are in a different world. Tasteful decoration and design. Lovely music and a great atmosphere. Service is excellent. They advice you what to take and if it’s not too much. Which is not very common. Food was delicious! Hi level presentation and taste. Very good recommendation of vine! So many things we wanted to try but there’s not enough room in the stomach that’s why we’ll be there again and again and again. Also because this place changes menu. You can be very nicely surprised and come back there many times. Big thanks to the Chef who came to our table and we could express our appreciation of the place and his work. So nice! Fabulous restaurant 😊

Rating 15 out of 10. The cuisine is top-notch at very reasonable prices. If you're not a gourmet, you'll become one after your first visit! Any appetizer or main course deserves a high rating. But!!! Horrible! The tuna is so fresh and delicious, it's mind-blowing! For all lovers of fine dining at reasonable prices. RECOMMENDED!!!

Very attentive and professional service; the waiter who served us was excellent. Delicious food, beautifully presented. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. Very pleasant atmosphere.
