We stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, check-in is done online or on arrival on a tablet without a representative. The hotel's location is not ideal and far from the city center but there is public transportation outside the hotel

The room was really clean and modern. The downside of this self-checkin hotel is that you can only access it via your phone (opening the main door, opening the room door etc). In theory this is nice, but as you would expect it with things like that, it sometimes doesn't work. Couldn't open the main door due to a technical issue and had to speak to someone on the door bell to open it manually. The support-contact on WhatsApp doesn't respond all the time and if they do, only with quite some delay. Also, there is not restroom and not even a garbage bin in the lobby, which was inconvenient.

Beautiful room. And very helpful customer service! Location is great too and to have an option to leave your luggage in one of the really spacious lockers before check in/after check out is so convenient!

Hotel is located in a great location, if you take the 10 tram from the airport it drops you off in front of the hotel, otherwise if you goto the main station you’ll have to go up a hill. The rooms are nice and the air conditioning in the room will go down to 16, for hot sleepers like me that’s a dream! My only issue with the hotel was the noise from other guests, there’s no pads on the bottom of the chairs in the room so every time the guests moved by sliding them on the wood floor the chairs it made a lot of noise, if the hotel put pads on the legs of the chairs that would be fixed. I could also hear the people above me walking in their rooms not sure if they were just stompers or if that’s normal. Wasn’t much noise from outside, only noise that could be heard was the tram cars. I had no issues getting in and out of the hotel but I also made sure to check in before I got there and had local internet service on my phone, if you don’t have internet on your phone it will be very hard to get into the hotel.

A terrible experience at this GHOST hotel... No reception... only one person speaks to you via intercom... the doors are opened with keys received on your phone... ouch... don't forget to check in or you'll be sleeping outside under a bridge... then this ghostly person doesn't even tell you how to get to your room... bingo... I went left towards the elevators... surprise, this whole section is reserved for people renting a studio... I should have gone right... and there... the elevator that takes you to your room... extraordinary numbering... room 640 on the 4th floor... phew... I finally arrive at my room... I grab my phone and press the room key to unlock it... Bingo... nothing... it's midnight, after taking the Paris-Zurich flight and then the Swiss RER, I can tell you I was exhausted... my face etched with anger and that door that It won't open... yet the electronic key is definitely green... yes, but nothing works with this automatic lock... ten minutes later, after trying every angle of my phone and restarting it... Bingo, the door opens... it's almost 12:30 a.m.... how time flies when you just want to take a nice shower and lie down on a soft, comfortable bed... Finally, it's 1:00 a.m. and I drift off to sleep... The cherry on top: ... you can't guess?! HOTEL WITHOUT BREAKFAST... So, a word of advice... Stay home and never come to this GHOST hotel...

Advantages: 1. Check-in can be done using a mobile phone or tablet, and city tax can also be paid via Apple Pay, which is very convenient (this is both an advantage and a disadvantage; it might be difficult for those who are not tech-savvy). 2. There is an elevator, although small, it is very convenient. 3. There is separate air conditioning, which is essential in such a hot summer. 4. The toilet has an exhaust fan, preventing dampness. 5. Two complimentary bottles of water, a kettle, and coffee are provided. 6. The bed is on the firmer side, but it seems to be a single-spring bed, which I personally liked. 7. Transportation: If arriving from Zurich Airport, be sure to take tram line 10 to reach the hotel directly; this is very convenient. Disadvantages: 1. As mentioned in the first advantage, the hotel requires a high level of technological expertise, which may be a burden for some. Also, there is no one on-site to provide immediate assistance, which can feel helpless. (It is recommended to provide step-by-step instructions.)

I would have given a 5 stars if not for the room key using mobile phone to open was not working due to connection network issues as well as physical card. I had to go up and down calling the reception which is located offside several times. Otherwise the location is just fine. Checkin is self service. It is located at the up slope and could be an issue. I would advise those staying here to use the trams services that stop right infront of the hotel. If not Google map will map the long and tiring walk from the train station. Trams service will take you anywhere around Zurich City. Room is clean and a good size for this city. Will come back next time!
