Very good location. Big room but no AC. too hot in summer. Staff needs training.
Arrived and blood spotted on bed sheets …. The lady at the desk came across dismissive about the issue? However the cleaners could not have been nicer! Good location for wembly but we did have to wait an hour for our sheets to be changed….
The room was nice and spacious, but did have a weird smell when we first walked in - nothing that opening the window didn't fix. Easy to get to and from Wembley with the bus stop right outside. The staff were lovely! Only downside was the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with not much options for the continental side.
Great location and good value
I stayed at this hotel for work and although the rooms are a little bit dated. they were clean and very spacious. Mel who was standing in as manager was very welcoming and kind and nothing was to much trouble. the food in the bar is very good and the breakfast was very nice to. all the staff are very friendly. I would defiantly stay at this hotel again as the location is great for getting into London as green ford tube station is a 10 min walk up the road.
