The Bridge Hotel Greenford

Overall i give a 5/5 because i had certain expectations and they were met. You can see some slight wear and tear in the rooms so I give a star off for that. The staff was very nice, gave genuine good tips for tourists. Service overall was satisfactory, I expected a certain level and it was met very well. Location was amazing, right next to Greenford station you can get to central London very fast - this is a big plus.

Stayed here all week for work purposes. Free parking and gated. There's a retail park down the road and shell garage. The location was great. Enjoyed the breakfast and my room was great. Good location. Enjoyed a pint after work too. Thumbs-up from me.

It's not the Ritz, but great location, clean, breakfast decent, does what it says on the tin. Free parking so lots of football fans staying for Play Offs, staff excellent. Especially the 'bossy' lady, if you know you know, she was fab! Had great stay, thank you.

Stayed here for first night of our honeymoon. An excellent location, 5 mins walk to tube for central London. Friendly staff, Andrew on reception couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Lai, behind the bar was amazing. Will definitely stay again

​I rarely like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, there is very little to praise here. Honestly, I am baffled by the 8.2 rating this property currently holds on Booking and the 4 stars on Google. ​The Room: The building is old and in desperate need of maintenance. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, with a mattress that has clearly seen better days. There were stains on the carpet and marks all over the walls. As for the bathroom... I’ll let the attached photos speak for themselves. ​Dining: Dinner at the pub didn't even reach a passing grade. The food felt like it had been reheated in a microwave. To make matters worse, there was a drunk man sleeping on one of the tables nearby. ​Breakfast: The breakfast was equally poor—the "eggs" were clearly made from powder. ​Overall, it was a very poor experience. I cannot recommend staying here until significant renovations and service improvements are made.

Great hotel

5 of us went here for dinner on Saturday evening, we spent over £120 on food and drink, we ordered our food and patiently waited over 35mins, eventually the food came out one by one, delaying us eating till we all had our food… one of the item was a stone baked pepperoni pizza which was clearly out of a box and poorly heated up…. When I complained to the waitress she said no comment and laughed, I asked to speak to the manager she told me he’s out on reception and to go there as he couldn’t be bothered to come to us, he just dismissed by complaint and sad well it is what it is, I asked for refund and order something eles instead but he bluntly replied - kitchen is closed with attitude - got my refund and I sat while the others finished off there meal half heartedly

Very nice hotel with big rooms, historical vibes and its own bar. Especially comfortable if you plan to drive a car, 5 minutes from subway yet straight exit to M25 so you avoid any traffic anytime of day. Gas station is right after the corner, but be aware of extremely narrow street behind the hotel which is unavoidable if you drive to the hotel parking
