ibis budget London Hounslow

£45 taxi from Heathrow to stay in a small room in a budget hotel seems counter-intuitive. Welcome to London 😆😆😆 Clean, comfortable and quiet given location. The beds are really comfy!!! Thanks team!!!!

Cozy, we arrived very late for check-in and the receptionist was attentive in welcoming us. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the metro station is just a few meters away, making it easy to connect to any point in the city. There are Halal restaurants right on the ground floor of the hotel, with a variety of delicious food, in addition to many other restaurants nearby with diverse options. For those arriving at Heathrow Airport by metro, it's just a few stops from the airport.

Very good service, Ramona gave exceptional service, she helped me book uber and made sure I reach my appointment on time, she is very friendly and welcoming. She always helps with any issues we have in the hotel and outside I come back to this hotel twice every year and she gives the best service. She is the reason I always book this hotel Bakhita is always helpful and friendly too

Excellent hotel (and the entire Ibis chain!)! I've been using Ibis for years. The staff is very helpful; they even lent me an adapter because I forgot it ;) They helped me find my way around every day, as my language skills aren't the strongest. The rooms are clean and serviced daily. Value for money: 10/10. I highly recommend them!

The hotel was generally okay. Its location is perfect if you're on a budget and want to be able to quickly get to the city center. There are, however, some caveats to consider regarding the surrounding area. As for the staff, I highly recommend speaking with Manzoor on-site. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. We had great conversations, and my entire group really appreciated his approach and hospitality. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to ask him for advice or just chat.
