Travelodge Sunbury M3

Very nice place lovely and clean ,there's a place to eat and drink there's shops nr by at a walking distance, staff very friendly cafe is open 24 hours

Simply excellent staff,can't do enough, food is good

I checked into room 204, entered to find though the room was made up that the floor hadn't been vacuumed. Asked to be changed, they gave me room 107. I couldn't believe it, it was even worse! I then changed to 337. Although it was better, it was still obvious that the floor was not cleaned properly. Throughout the hotel (all floor spaces, the lifts, the corridors) you could tell that no one was vacuuming the place. I asked them if they had a working Vacuum cleaner in the hotel, they said yes! What a stupid situation for a professional Hotel chain to find itself in.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, but the parking situation was awful! I have to pay a parking fee every day instead of it simply being included.

As far as Travelodge goes this was about what I expected for the price paid. What I will say about this particular hotel was that from the very moment I arrived until I left every staff member I interacted with was very friendly, polite and helpful and that make it a very nice stay

Had no double rooms available when I arrived, so was placed in an accessible twin. Small beds, right next to the busy main road so dropped off to sleep at 1am, woken up by the traffic at 5am. 🥱

Some drink prices are extortionate. Stella only sold in 330 ml bottles @ £5.59 each, by my calculation that works out at over £9 a pint!. The staff can't even give directions to Kempton Park (1/2 mile away) they don't know the local area!
