Visited Locker Room this afternoon...I don't know what happened-previously staff was always quite polite. Today I got LOTS of ATTITUDE from Italian gentleman who was manning the entry point Later, his counterpart wasn't particularly welcoming either. Guys, you need to learn how to be more welcoming, it is a social place! Or else, you'll loose all your customers.

Are there designated smoking areas in the sauna, or is there no space for that inside the sauna?

I’ve been coming here for about 2–3 years, and almost every visit has involved some kind of hostility or unnecessary issue! From the same two members of staff. I always come in with a smile, I’m polite, I don’t take drugs or cause trouble, yet somehow, it always seems to be people of colour who get targeted.It’s honestly disappointing that this kind of behaviour still happens. Tonight, I was watched and followed around the sauna. I’ve spoken to several other customers (coincidentally, none of them white) who’ve shared similar experiences of being treated differently. I’m not someone who seeks conflict, but it was clear this staff member was looking to provoke a reaction. I chose not to engage, but the bias and hostility were undeniable.Of course, those who haven’t experienced this kind of treatment will be quick to defend the staff. But sometimes, it’s important to look beyond your own experiences and recognise that not everyone is treated the same. Don’t claim to support inclusivity while singling people out because of their differences. These two are the ones to be careful of

On a work trip so I thought I would give this place a go Disappointed is not the word, felt super old fashioned unclean and smelly all the cubicals are stand up only, the inside needs a major overhaul and I got impression no money has been spent for years, Nothing to say about other visitors like all saunas can be hit and miss so irreverent Unless the owners reinvest in a refurb I feel this won't be open much longer

The Locker Room has long been a popular spot in South London, known for its friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The team here are welcoming and not as strict as at some other venues, which helps create a comfortable and easy-going environment for visitors. It used to have more appeal back when it was known as the onkly Sauna with aheated and comfortable smoking area — a feature that many regulars miss since it closed. Another big change is the hours: once famous for being open 24 hours on weekends, the venue now closes at 11 p.m., which has reduced its late-night appeal.

Need to contact the management of this place but their contact email address is nowhere to be found. There is no feedback form on the website, nothing. Infuriating

Possibly the dirtiest/ rundown/ awful sauna I have ever seen/ been to. I left after 1 lap… towels are threadbare, floors filthy, sauna door doesn’t stay closed. I tried contacting the venue for a refund and they haven’t responded.

Place is a bit rundown, but clean. Has a great vibe. I enjoyed being enjoyed by some lads :)
