FETCH

So I went in today to pick up a parcel. The store has a lot to chose from and has an array of selections. My only gripe I just wish the employee came across nicer. I’ve worked retail for 4 years so it may have been a bad day, just came across as uninviting… felt like I should have just ordered online.

Love the shop and staff are so kind and inclusive

Best part of it was how nice and attentive, and handsome 😍 was the sales assistant, got a harness and a big chain I was looking for. Thank you again.

Really cool shop under the arches. Had exactly what I needed. Very helpful both on the phone and in shop when I went to pick up the item.

Got some puppy gear here. What a place, amazing staff.

The staff are genuinely cool people who make you feel at ease when asking for help in any regard. The products are great, too, and they often have really good value for money offers near the store front. And to top it all off, they're not only a friendly team, but a very attractive one too!

I bought my green pup hood at fetch online. I love it. This is a great service. 🐾🐾🐾

The store staff is super nice and well educated.

The older gentleman as the till was so lovely, as always, however the younger brunette employee (who we thought was a customer at first) was incredibly rude and accused us of stealing and then when we said we hadn’t taken what he asked us about he said “just to let you know there are cameras everywhere”. Why ask us, just go check the footage so as not to embarrass everyone involved. Really terrible etiquette, guilty until proven innocent.

I went few times and the guy who attended me, as nice as always. He helped me with some questions that I have. Last time I bought few stuff and we were talking about those and makes me feel comfortable to speak with him. (He was so hot 🙈) 100% recommend fetch shop
