I had to go to the place without being sure if there would be a room because the attendant didn't respond on WhatsApp. The location is great.

The place lacked information; for example, the advertisement didn't mention that the bathroom was shared. It was a total lack of respect for the customer. I informed them I would be staying for several days, but later the employee came to say I hadn't informed them. They rented the room while the customer was still there, and then wanted to change rooms. The service was awful.

Small bathrooms and always-full trash cans.

Great for those looking for an affordable accommodation option. Simple, small rooms, but very clean. The garbage collection service needs improvement; they take a long time to empty the trash cans in the shared restrooms. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful

I do not recommend it. Very disorganized, horrible bathrooms, the kitchen is filthy. The entire building has no air circulation. If a guest does number two, the whole building stinks, there are no windows in any of the rooms, and the stairs have no lighting.
