Very cozy, I was very well received. Delicious breakfast and location close to the main places I wanted to visit. I highly recommend it 😃

I don't recommend it. I arrived and my room was occupied, and there was no one to receive guests. There's a lack of organization regarding guest schedules. On the last day, I had to leave two hours early because a guest arrived and knocked on the door saying they had a reservation. The hotel staff didn't even try to resolve the issue or apologize for the embarrassment. The only person there is a lady who makes breakfast; otherwise, you're on your own and have to put up with the awkward situations. If you're looking for a good, stress-free place, I recommend paying more and finding another hotel. 🤝

For two years, it was like my home in Fortaleza, from the end of 2021 until 2023. Simply perfect, the fact that there were people at reception all day made it even more cozy. However, since 2023 there have been changes that made me choose not to go anymore. At night there is no receptionist, the door is electronic so the guest has access to a password to enter, but it creates insecurity. I was afraid to continue going there, especially since apparently the password didn't change, so anyone who had stayed there before knew the password and could enter even without a reservation. Not to mention that if there was a problem with another guest regarding noise at night, there was no one to complain to. It used to be very good, but it has fallen in my estimation. I believe there are better and more affordable options.
