The cashier's service was terrible! I hated it.

My first experience at the place wasn't very good, but the last one, which happened on August 9th, was absurd! I paid for two beers with my card and drank them in front of the bar (where the tables are). I went to the bathroom, and Nadja's approach (who usually works at the cash register) was extremely unprepared. She rudely questioned me about whether I was consuming anything at the bar. Even after trying to show her the payment receipt on my phone, she started getting very agitated, banging her hand on the counter and yelling that she owns the place and needs to know and do whatever she wants! Nadja really needs to know what's going on, but 20 minutes ago she didn't remember charging my card for the beers? It was an absurd situation! She yelled at me, hit her chest, banged on the counter... something I've never experienced anywhere! A lack of education, a lack of control on her part in talking to and knowing how to approach a customer!

I've had other bad experiences with the service at this establishment, especially with Ms. Nadja, who works at the cash register, but today's episode went beyond acceptable. Even though I was consuming on the premises, I was approached in an extremely rude manner when I asked to use the restroom. I presented the purchase receipt, but even so, the situation continued in an unnecessarily aggressive way, with derogatory remarks and distortions of what had been said. Claudio had to intervene to calm the situation. I don't question the establishment's rules, but I believe that any customer deserves to be treated with politeness and respect. In addition, the hygiene conditions of the place leave much to be desired. This serves as a warning to anyone intending to frequent the establishment: my experience was extremely negative and I do not intend to return.

Besides the hygiene conditions, which, in my opinion, leave much to be desired, the service from the lady at the cash register, Dona Nádja, is frequently marked by a lack of cordiality and little willingness to treat customers with respect and politeness. Today, however, the situation went beyond any reasonable limit. I was shopping normally at the establishment and, when I asked to use the restroom, I was approached in an extremely rude and hostile manner, as if I weren't even a customer. Even after showing the receipt for the purchase I had just made, the approach continued in an unnecessarily aggressive way. The situation only calmed down when Claudio arrived and intervened. During the episode, expressions that I considered derogatory were used, in addition to statements that, in my perception, distorted what had been said and contributed to further escalating the conflict. At one point, it was even emphasized that the establishment "belonged to her," as if that justified how a customer could be treated. I'm not questioning the establishment's right to establish its own rules, but I believe that any rule can and should be communicated politely and respectfully. I left the place deeply indignant at how I was treated. An experience that should have simply been a purchase ended in a completely unnecessary and embarrassing situation. My recommendation is that other customers be aware of these aspects before choosing the establishment, especially regarding the service and hygiene conditions I encountered.

Pleasant atmosphere, delicious drinks.

A very friendly place where friends, LGBT OR not, can meet up... the atmosphere is great, there's laughter and dancing, with or without live music... well done Nadia and the team! Very nice and reasonably priced... Not to be missed if you like to have fun!
