Amazing location, amazing breakfast, amazing service!!!

It’s pricey but if you are only gonna be in Lima for a couple or 3 days this is the place. Centrally located off the beach. Walking distance to tonnes of stuff. Great staff ans I mean across the board there seems to be such a culture for customer service. I was disappointed that I had an early departure and could not have the breakfast buffet one more time !!

The reception staff doesn't communicate with the customer. They insist that IF THE CUSTOMER KNOWS THEY HAVE A TOUR, THEY WILL COME DOWN. They say they can't call them before the scheduled pick-up time. This causes problems with tour bookings. The parking is a separate issue. They don't allow you to park to pick up passengers. It seems like it's a separate business. If you have the opportunity to pick someone up at that hotel, I RECOMMEND CALLING YOUR PASSENGER. ONCE THEY CONFIRM THEY ARE AT THE HOTEL ENTRANCE, THEN GO TO PICK THEM UP. This will save you from unpleasant experiences with the parking attendant.
