Fasano Las Piedras

The hotel is very good. The location is beautiful. The service is perfect.

This place is excellence at its finest; the staff, the infrastructure, the surroundings, the gastronomic offerings, and the activities make it simply a unique place.

A wonderful experience, with a unique view, excellent service and food.

The hotel experience was excellent! The facilities are wonderful, the staff attentive, the atmosphere pleasant, the cleanliness, and the overall hotel infrastructure was truly very nice! The breakfast was delicious, with good options and variety. We loved the bar in the main building, with good and tasty options. We didn't feel the same about the "Las Piedras" restaurant; we had lunch there and didn't want to go back because we didn't find the dishes tasty. But that's the only detail.

The hotel is very beautiful. However, for the price you charge, some things shouldn't happen. Bungalow 20, where we stayed, already showed signs of wear and tear. The hot water was scarce, to the point that it wasn't possible to use the sink and shower at the same time. I complained at reception and nothing was done. A client gave me a bottle of wine as a gift. When I arrived in the room, a Fasano wine had been put in place of the wine my client had sent me. It was very bad. The waiter at the Locanda restaurant was confused. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer and a pizza as a main course. The appetizer came with the main course. In short, situations that simply shouldn't occur in a hotel of this standard. Finally, the location is good for those who want peace and quiet, but it's not the best for those who want to explore Punta. I only didn't give it a 1 because the place is really very beautiful, the gym is very good, and the staff as a whole is very friendly. We also really liked the spa. The massage therapists were excellent. Oh, one point: I was going to tip them, but I didn't like seeing on the bill that the tip had already been included without me requesting it. One last observation: the golf carts are nice for getting around, but they need to be better maintained.

The hotel is amazing! Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to come back soon!
