Jess gave me such an amazing service and even warned me about the rain. She’s amazing I loved her attitude.

Delicious cocktails and baos. My favourite was the henny & green tea shots.

The pulled pork bao buns are to die for I frequently drive across the city to pick up 2-3 orders for take out MY ONLY COMPLAINT- GET A PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN CALL AND PRE ORDER. Hate having to order and sit there and wait. Lol

Alex at the Hk bar is making the cities top cocktails and the food on pointm rent out of room if you can.

Food and drinks are always amazing here, which is why this experience was disappointing. The service started off well but gradually declined as the evening went on. Basic touches like napkins and share plates for our bao buns were never provided, leaving us trying to get our server’s attention while our hands were covered in sauce. After we couldn’t flag anyone down, we went to the outdoor bar to ask for napkins. Unfortunately, the bartender seemed more focused on chatting with another server and someone who appeared to be a friend, and we were simply handed a single paper towel. When we paid our bill, we were asked how everything was. We replied that it was “alright,” but there were no follow-up questions or interest in understanding why our experience wasn’t great. We ended up moving inside and sitting at the bar, and Alex completely turned the experience around. She was attentive from the moment we sat down, our drinks came out quickly, she checked in regularly, and she was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Alex is the reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Would give 5 for here but the rest of the experience doesn’t deserve that. The food keeps us coming back, but I hope the service becomes more consistent because the difference between our two experiences in the same visit was night and day and would have loved to spend our entire evening here instead of just 2 hours.
